S24 Ultra back panel peel off

My S24 Ultra's back panel is starting to peel off, and I have no idea why. I've never dropped the phone or damaged it. I usually charge it with a 30W charger and always use a thin transparent case.

I'm worried it might get worse over time. I also saw that quite a few other S24 Ultra users are experiencing the same issue.

Has anyone else faced this? Do you know what causes the back panel to peel off? Is there any fix or permanent solution?

For the past year, I've been working in the Python full stack dev(HTML,CSS,JS) domain. Recently, I received a part-time opportunity where I can work either on React or Node.js. I'm inclined towards React because it would allow me to learn a new skill while also earning an additional ₹15,000 per month as side income.

The challenge is that I'm completely new to React and Node.js, so I would need guidance from a senior developer during the initial phase. However, the senior developer is available only between 9 AM and 5 PM.

At the same time, my current job is a strict 10 AM to 7 PM office schedule with no work-from-home or hybrid option. Because of this timing conflict, I won't be able to get the required mentorship during working hours.

So I'm stuck in a dilemma: if I continue with my current job schedule, I may have to let go of the part-time opportunity, which means missing out on both the additional income and the chance to gain valuable React development experience. I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle this situation.

I can get 20K if I negotiate much better.
