I don’t understand why the Pennsylvania market doesn’t have large concentrate jars— largest I’ve seen are Double Bear 4g (not solventless). Solventless I’ve only seen 3.5g and under.
I can’t find anywhere that states a regulation exists to limit the size of jar sold. Is demand just not high enough, or is there something I just don’t know?
Been getting this feeling more and more often. Nothing is worth the amount of stress and disrespect we’re put through, certainly not the underpaid wages we’re given.
Maybe one day I will finally crack.
I’m looking to try new things. I’ve been going through SF product like crazy since I switched from Ethos to Restore. In my area, Restore stocks WAY more rosin than my local Ethos.
My favorite strain I’ve had in the entire program was mimosa— offered by a few people, Moxie had it as a concentrate years ago but I doubt that was rosin.
From SF, Mod Apples & Bananas top the list for me. I also really enjoy PB B #5 and Bio Freak. Biscotti pie is pretty nice too but nothing to die for. My one and only complaint about SF is that so many of their strains seem to have similar profiles.
Since I like mimosa and similar strains, I’ve come to the conclusion that I like sativas that are high in myrcene, essentially things that won’t just put me to sleep but won’t spike my anxiety either.
I’m open to trying stuff outside of SF. I generally don’t like buying less than a 2 gram jar. The only non-SF rosin I’ve had recently was Rythm’s Cereal Milk and I still found SF to be better.
TLDR: What rosin currently on the market would you recommend? I’m a heavy user.
Planning on getting the “full package” version because why not. Even still, there are so many options on the site to add glass tubes, connection adapters, stems, cooling units, O-ring packs, and much more.
Is any of this a good idea? Should I get a second of anything to keep as a backup? Coming from a Venty and have been a S&B customer for about a decade so I don’t exactly know what I’m doing here.

I’ve seen some discussion that you shouldn’t clean the black top or the base with isopropyl alcohol. What will happen? I’ve been using iso wipes to wipe the top off, haven’t yet don’t a full clean on my new device.

Edit: I hate to sound hopeless but that’s just about how I feel. People are calling my post a psyop or accusing me of not doing enough. This is just one town in a big region. Sorry, I work two jobs and I don’t have time to take down 300 flock cameras a week. Idk why people are making it seem like it’s my fault, I’m just pointing out that it feels like a relentless machine that we’re up against- and I don’t know if I have faith that we can keep up. I am not giving up. I am just frustrated as they seem to be making MUCH more progress than we are.

I usually try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt because I know how many things can go wrong beyond your control especially on a scale like this.
I have to say this time though, I am appalled. Horrible camera work, I’m not even sure if they’re using PTZs or what’s going on. Horrible decisions to take cameras mid-movement and then again switching out of them in ways that just don’t look good.
I’m not sure if the bitrate is just me or the platform I’m using but that hasn’t been doing them any favors either. The idents for songs look extremely dated. I just can’t believe how disappointing this broadcast has been. I’m not even here for the fireworks, just checking on an NBC affiliate.

Edit: Any advice for rosin setups? Not just temp but duration and heat signature (like ascent or valley). Is this just something I have to figure out on my own? I’m coughing my ass off on a way lower temp than I’ve used before. There’s so much vapor lol.
I’m a newer photog and as such, I inherited the most beat up kit around. This joystick is used to navigate the menu functions, and it’s still completely operational. It’s just missing the plastic concave tip on the end where your fingertip makes contact.
Is there an easy solution? I feel like there has to be. I cannot find a spare one lying around the station, and I haven’t been able to find parts online. The best idea I’ve had so far is looking up game controller joysticks and attaching one to it. I’m not keen on dumping a bunch of money into station equipment, this is just a little quality of life upgrade for me not to stab myself every time I need to reformat cards.

Went to a different dispensary than my typical one because Mod Apples & Bananas has been one SF drop I haven’t been able to cross off my list yet. I’m shocked, I might have to go back for more.
I’m not really sure what else to say, sort of speechless that they went offline for half a day to switch to a MUCH worse menu. It was so much easier to sort and view products before.
Might sound a little silly, but I might stop using Ethos because of it. It’s been my go-to for years because it was the most convenient, but at this point there’s plenty of dispensaries near me. Many have good rewards programs and menus that I can navigate much better to find what will work for me.
I’m very disappointed.
Edit: I’ve tried on multiple browsers to complain directly to Ethos at https://ethoscannabis.com/contact/ and I am met with an error for an incomplete captcha. There is no captcha field to complete, therefore I cannot send a message.
I did not even know SF sold flower, I go through tons of their rosin. The higher terps on the NS flower seem appealing too though.
I realize they are different weights. It’s the closest comparison I can make with the selection I have to choose from.
