I was just gifted an air fryer and I want to make pork chops this weekend. Does anyone have any recipes or instructions or tips? I know this sounds like a hella basic question but I've never used an air fryer and I don't want to mess them up. Thanks for all your help and happy Friday.

ETA, thank you, everybody. They turned out awesome and were a hit. Thanks for all the recipe suggestions also. I will definitely give a lot of them a try. I also loved the easy clean up. I love my deep fryer, but it's time to let it go because I hate cleaning it.

I actually went to get Wright bacon but it was so pricey I couldn't make myself buy it ($18 for 2.50 pounds). I wound up getting Kroger brand, which has always been good but I'm not a regular Kroger shopper, so we'll see how that goes. I also sometimes get Kountry Boys bacon but it was expensive AF at Kroger, too (the same package is $11 at FoodTown and it was $16 at Kroger).

I wound up getting 2 packages, and if I'm up early enough tomorrow I'm going to go get some more.

I'm going to spend this weekend watching 9/11 documentaries (I do this a lot and I've seen most of the well known ones more than once). Can anyone recommend some that are lesser known? (I apologize if this has been asked before.)

And no, I'm not morbid at all. 9/11 is a subject I'm intensely interested in and have been since it happened. (I blame my autism for getting 'stuck' on stuff).
