I’ve been testing eggs in the air fryer and put together a quick guide for fried eggs, sunny-side up eggs, and hard-boiled eggs.
The biggest thing I found is that preheating the dish makes a big difference for the fried/sunny-side-up versions. For hard-boiled eggs, the lower temp worked way better for me than some of the hotter recipes I’ve seen.
Why is it still white? I gave the shrimp an egg bath & airfried for 20 mins.
Since a few people in my last thread asked for something a bit lighter and completely cream-free for the summer, I wanted to share these quick salmon bites I made tonight. Honestly, my air fryer has been a lifesaver lately because I absolutely refuse to turn on the big oven in this heat.
They get a nice little crust on the outside but stay super tender and juicy inside. Here is the breakdown if you want to throw them together tonight:
🛒 Ingredients:
Skinless salmon: 1 pound (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Oil of choice: 1 tbsp (avocado or olive oil work great)
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Fresh garlic: 2 cloves, minced (optional, but highly recommend)
The Seasoning: 1.5 tsp each of smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
👩🍳 Quick Steps:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F so it's nice and hot when the fish goes in.
Prep: Dice your salmon into 1-inch pieces. (Quick tip: Pat the salmon cubes completely dry with a paper towel before adding anything else. It helps the oil and spices stick way better and gives you that nice char).
Mix: Toss the salmon bites in a large bowl with the minced garlic, oil, lemon juice, and all the seasonings until they’re evenly coated.
Cook: Transfer them to the air fryer in a single layer (make sure they aren't piled on top of each other). Air fry at 400°F for just 5 minutes or until the edges look nicely charred. Don't overcook them, they’ll actually keep cooking a bit as they cool down!
Serve: Garnish with some fresh parsley or cilantro, and serve with extra lemon slices on the side.
I usually pair these with a quick cucumber salad or some light rice for a super fast Friday night dinner.
Let me know if you guys try it! Happy weekend everyone! 💕

Honestly, a few years back, I came so close to quitting cooking altogether. Coming home completely exhausted just to face a mountain of prep and dirty dishes felt incredibly defeating. I started r/CircleRecipes because I realized none of us should have to carry that daily burnout alone. It’s just a space where 1.3k of us are pooling our absolute laziest shortcuts and low-effort meals so we can all get out of the kitchen faster.
I actually pinned my personal 'emergency meal' guide at the top of the sub tonight for those nights when energy is at absolute zero. Anyone is welcome to drop in, grab it, or share their own kitchen cheat codes. No pressure at all, just a quiet corner to help each other make getting through the week a little easier.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or thighs), cubed
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup garlic panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp paprika
Hot honey (for drizzling)
Buffalo sauce (or your favorite sauce for serving)
Instructions:
Cube your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk the eggs in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix your garlic panko breadcrumbs and paprika together.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg wash first, then press them firmly into the panko mix until they are fully coated.
Arrange the bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380°F for about 15 minutes, or until they turn golden and crispy. (Since some air fryers are more powerful than others, check your bites periodically so they don't overcook).
Take them out, drizzle generously with hot honey, and toss them together.
Serve immediately with a side of buffalo sauce or whatever dipping sauce you prefer.
Hi all - not 100% sure it was posted in this sub, but I think it was. A week or so ago I read a post from someone that was eating broccoli and chicken every night from the air fryer. They put the broccoli in first, then put the chicken on top. Oh my - Genius!
I've been a dolt and cooking my veg first, then the meat and the veg is cold by the time the meat is done.
So for the last week, I take a cup or so of frozen broccoli, equal parts fresh squash, spring onion, rotate the meat and Voila! Put the veg on the bottom, and the meat on top at 400F for 10-12 minutes and it's magical. A little olive oil to get things started, plus meat juices dripping down over the veg just makes everything taste better.
Meats so far are frozen salmon fillets, thawed thick pork sausages cut in half, and thawed beef mini sausages whole. Looking forward to all meats, this is just what I had on hand.
Clean up is also easier because the veg on the bottom keeps the plate cleaner from the meat.
Thank you kind internet stranger for sharing your method!
this started as "i need to use this apple before it goes bad" and ended with me making it three times in one week. warm spiced batter, soft apple slices, powdered sugar on top. 30 minutes in the air fryer and it tastes like fall in a ramekin.

I've been trying to get consistently crispy skin on air fryer chicken thighs without drying out the meat, so I tested a few techniques I'd been reading about.
The biggest differences came from:
The skin came out way crispier than my usual method while the meat stayed really juicy.
I put together a quick video showing exactly what I did if anyone wants to see it in action.
so I added
vinegar
dark soy sauce
Schezwan sauce (the oil come from here)
salt
chilli sauce (ketchup types)
and air fried at 190 for 5 mins, flipped then 190 4 mins
some of it was done I could see strips on cutting so I took out that part. then leftover I air fried at 190 for 5 mins
this is the final result
i ate it alr so of it's raw I'm the one who's cooked.
pls help😭 it was juicy but like it was good or restaurant style at all
i didn't marinate or brine it
So I decided to make some Salmon Cheddar Cakes in the Ninja Crispí for dinner. What do you think?
made these on a whim and now i can't stop. crispy on the outside, melty mozzarella and spinach on the inside, and way easier than they look. tastes like something you'd order at a restaurant but it's literally just ground chicken and stuff you already have
Recently got an air fryer, but every chicken recipe I've tried ends up tasting pretty much the same. Drop your favorite recipes or marinades that actually stand out!
