Study Confirmation Letter problem with Dorms

I received my admission letter for the winter semester 25/26 using which I want to get enrolled in the 26/27 semester. Hence, I started applying for dorms. Some dorms require a "study confirmation letter" to apply (it's mandatory). As I have not enrolled yet, I do not have anything other than my admission letter, so I upload that.

Then some accommodation providers (specifically OEAD Housing, Viennabase and Wihast) told me that they need "an actual letter from the university". When I asked them what is the issue with this document, they said it's a document for the winter semester 25/26. When I showed them the sentence where it says it's also valid for 2 following semesters, they still said, " sorry we need an actual letter". Did any of you face this issue? What should I do?

Was wearing saree without blouses the norm in South Asia?

I am from Bangladesh and we know from our grandmothers that they wouldn't wear blouses in the villages when they were young. Was this the norm everywhere in South Asia or only in Bengal? Was the decline of this practice mainly influenced by Victorian-era ideas of modesty introduced during British rule, or were similar changes already occurring under earlier Muslim-ruled states in South Asia?

At one point, did Western Europeans stop recognizing Byzantine Empire as the continuation of Roman Empire?

If yes then when? And was it because they forgot history or was it intentional?

How did Mahayana Buddhism disappear completely from Bengal (or specifically, East Bengal)?

I read that Atisa (an important figure in Mahayana Buddhism) was born in Bikrampur(current day Munshiganj, Bangladesh) and he preached Mahayana Buddhism there. We can also find ruins of Buddhist temples in Munshiganj. I also read that many Pala rulers (who were mahayana buddhists) had Bikrampur as their capital. Then how did Mahayana Buddhism completely disappear from Bengal?

How much did the Romans know about different Indian regions and their kings?

I have heard that the Romans traded extensively with India. Did Roman merchants, officials, or scholars know which Indian kings they were trading with and what territories those rulers controlled? More generally, how much did people in the Roman Republic and Roman Empire know about the different regions and kingdoms of India? Did they distinguish between different Indian states, or did they view India as a single distant land? Also, I think I read that they knew that India is next to Persia, but did they know where does India end in the east?
