Weeks to replace Model 23X Battery

I’m just ranting! My battery died two weeks ago and is just sitting in service. Tesla called today and said two more weeks maybe there are t any batteries. Then they had the nerve to say how are you enjoying the free FSD. I laughed I said HW4 is better, but I had it on my car. This M3 is a little small. I had knee surgery and it sits super low. It does however have a lot of zip! Thanks for listening to my rant.

TLDR: 73K miles under warranty as it expires in 2028 or at 150,000

Common Scams I get weekly - until I changed my phone settings!

I finally figured out how to change my phone settings to ask who the caller is and then I can pick and choose to answer. This has severely cut down on my scam calls. I honestly feel like I’m on some scam list. The week before I change my phone settings I have iPhone, I think Android has something similar. Here’s the list:

Caller stating they were from my cable company and need information from me. They wanted my cable information to give me a discount.

**I ditched cable three years ago!

Caller says they can substantially lower my debt. Now this is a legitimate company, but they don’t tell you that you ruin your credit and could be sued and the credit card companies are t obligated to work with the agency.
Caller guys sounding very official stating I missed jury duty. I didn’t hang up right away because I thought maybe I missed some mail. Well he answer me to the captain who says I’m at risk for jail or sanctions (fines) if I don’t follow instructions. I knew he was lying then as I previously worked in government and you can be fined for missing jury duty but not jailed.

Bottom line, don’t trust unknown numbers. These scammers will do anything to try and steal from you.

High Voltage Battery Dead MX Year 23 - 75K

Well it’s been driving like a dream and as you can see I decided to change the blue color with candy blue wrap and rims. I like it and that’s all that matters. At any rate I get the dreaded High Voltage battery warning - ok to drive - service soon. So it’s going to be at Tesla for two to three weeks there aren’t many batteries available. They did give me a free loaner and it’s a free fix. A little scary though because it’s only three years old.

Interest

Do you all know how interest is calculated? Do they send a truth in lending statement? I want to pay a loan off quickly but I’m trying to understand the interest. I normally only use 0% offers. This loan was however 8%.
