Is there any deals going on for ps5 in Ontario?

I got engaged when I was 26, but unfortunately the engagement was called off. After that, I dated three different lady. My bond with the last one was especially strong, and we were in a relationship for about 1.5 years. We genuinely cared for each other and had plans for the future, but in the end she chose to follow her parents’ wishes, and the relationship ended.
These experiences have made me wonder why there has been such a delay and so many obstacles in my marriage. I would be grateful if someone knowledgeable could look at my kundli and share any insights about the reasons for this delay and when marriage may be indicated.

My employer has submitted an LMIA, and before my PGWP expired I applied for a closed work permit using the LMIA application number. I am currently on maintained status while waiting for a decision. My OINP application is in Decision in Progress (DIP).
If my nomination is approved and I apply for a T13 work permit, do I need to include a restoration application and pay the restoration fee?
I have seen several people mention that their T13 applications were refused because they did not apply with restoration. Were those cases only for applicants who were on visitor status or had already lost their status? Or is restoration also required for someone who is on maintained status after submitting a work permit application before their permit expired?
I would appreciate clarification from anyone who has had a similar situation or knows the current IRCC requirements.
