How to get into the rave scene?

For context, I’m from the Dallas area and I’m emo asf and never rly made friends in school, wanna find people more my speed but I have literally no one to go with. I wanna meet people and have fun n shi but I got no friends, how do I approach people at a rave without seeming out of place?

What’s the right voltage for live resin/rosin carts? I think mine may be too high
