Dear Student,

As part of the document requirements for the IIT Madras BS Degree Program, all students are required to submit a Medical Certificate in the prescribed format provided by the program. This requirement was introduced starting from the September 2025 term.

There are some students who have not yet submitted the Medical Certificate form. For those students, we will open another submission window to allow you to complete this requirement.

The submission window is now open. The deadline is July 31, 2026.

Students who have not submitted the Medical Certificate are requested to obtain the certificate from a registered medical practitioner and upload it in the prescribed format using the Google Form link provided below.

Please ensure that the certificate is filled in the correct format before uploading.

Bonafide Certificate

Any other official letters or documents issued by the program

Please complete this requirement within the given time window to avoid any inconvenience in the future.

HOW TO

you have to type !verify in the verification channel

select course > select level > type official name > upload a screen shot of iitm BS profile page so we could verify > wait for few hours

now congrats for your qualifier and if you havnt dont worry just focus on next term

i was waiting for a long time for qualifiers to end so that people could get their mails and house details so now you can join the discord group i will transfer all the materials also to the discord.

all updates will be directly posted in discord and reddit will have just the doubts parts if any new person wanna join.

After the result, I registered for 3 courses and the fees was 4000 per course. I thought I got good marks (96% in qualifier) so i am getting some discount.

So I paid 12100 fees for 3 courses. 12000 for courses + 100 for some other fees.

Now It is showing 6000 per course for other students who are registering now.

Now what should I do ???
