Like the only things that imply he may be Geno is the fact that he has poliosis and works for the IO, but other than that he looks completely different than him, like having a different facial structure (though that could just be due to the art style) and the fact he's in a suit, which I doubt that a ruthless, arrogant genetic scientist obsessed with creating a perfect world would wear. He could very well be a random high ranking member of the IO

It just makes him look really cool and menacing. I love the combination of a black void (can't think of a better term to describe it, sorry) and white eyes with no pupils (although slide 2 does show his nose and teeth), reminds me a lot of Ares from DC
If we merged all forms of Cole into one, he'd be pretty cracked. As Bethalzor, he has abilities such as throwing spheres of energy, incinerating someone, and shapeshifting. When possessed by the Source of All Evil, he's got powers like controlling fire, telekinesis, catching a power and crushing it with his bare hand, putting someone to sleep on command, and summoning. As an Avatar, he's a reality warper (though the only thing he did with those powers was change reality in a last ditch attempt to be with Phoebe).

I've always wanted Jones to reunite with his bounty hunters (Menace, Mave, Mancake, Reese, Kondor and Lexa) ever since Zero Hour, because not only would it be perfect for the Zero Point destabilizing again, but they would make for a great "the cavalry is here!" moment for the final battle against either Geno or The Last Reality.
As a lot of you may know, Zero War got quite a lot of flack from the community for the lore inconsistencies, the three most notable being Geno looking different from his design in-game, Mecha Team Leader being repaired right where it was found instead of being repaired at the Seven base, and it remaining in its original colors when fighting in the Collision event instead of being blue like in-game. The only reason I want a re-release is because someone who only just got into the lore would be confused by the amount of inconsistencies, and a re-release would make things flow better in-line with the game
As we all know by now, Season 4 is now confirmed to be Gaming Legends themed, and since it's a full season and not a mini-season, I think it will have a pretty big storyline. I believe that Season 4's storyline will be a little similar to Chapter 2 Season 5, in that it will be about recruiting characters from different realities. Only this time, it's for a much grander goal: to fight against Geno. The reason I believe that's the case is because in one of The Order's newest voicelines, she says that we'll need to gather allies to face Geno. I believe the Stabilizer will fail to stabilize the Zero Point, and it will lead to the other video game realities to collide with the island, but the New Seven will take advantage of that to start recruiting allies for the inevitable battle
These designs look MILES better than the final design. They're way more menacing and look more comic accurate (keeping Ultron's iconic Jack-O lantern-like mouth). I also like the six arms the second design has, as well as the red trail emitting from his eyes and mouths.
