I think lahat naman nag increase ang prices from goods, products,etc. If you think 16k supplies is too much for your expenses. Sa tingin ko depende rin yan kung paano ka magbudget at kung saan kayo bumibili ng gamit kung branded pa yan talagang mahal. Most of the item that shows in the pic looks branded, well maganda naman kasi matibay magagamit ng matagal. Kaso kung nagbbudget ka pwede ka naman bumili sa mga ibang store na mura at same quality na hindi umaabot sa 16k.
