when my partner and i get into a fight (suuuuper rare), she tells me she's suicidal and she self-harms.
she has been diagnosed with bipolar 2 with depression (isang beses palang siya nakaka-usap ng psychiatrist and eto yung initial diagnosis sa kanya).
anyway, nag take siya ng meds for 2 weeks pero di niya kaya yung side effects. di na rin siya bumalik ulit sa doctor.
how do i help her? nahihirapan na rin ako every time maririnig ko na gusto nalang niya mamatay. i listen to her and comfort her, and support in her in all the ways i can but sometimes i really don't know what to do. i told her i'm going to call a hotline para ma-put siya under surveillance (di ko sure if tama ba to?) kasi responsibility ko yun.
we do live together so i'm with her all the time. we've been together for more than 10 years na rin.
