I give up applying at OPG. Hiring practise is full of noepotism. Coming across people with zero experience get the role, while I don’t even get an interview

I’ve been applying for project management roles related to design for two years now. I’ve modified my resume, obtained certifications, and gained relevant experience, but I’ve yet to even get an interview. I’m starting to lose hope cause people I know with zero roles or certifications are getting the roles purely based on their family and spouses working there.
