I stand corrected. My other post stated that the card offer to get a new chime card for $50 spot me bonus was sketchy and I was totally wrong I used the card and between 5 and 7 hours later the spot me bonuses in my account.

Last week I saw a promotion for getting their new card. Since my Credit Builder card needed to be replaced due to wear I figured why not? The minute I accepted the offer the promotion VANISHED!

Because of that being very odd I called customer service. I asked the woman who I spoke to, to please send me a copy of the promotion. She said she couldn't find it. Therefore I requested that she document the call on top of it being recorded. That I agreed to their promotion etc., so now I received and used the card. The customer chat said they have no record of the promotion.

This is sickening, if WE agreed to pay them $50 and we defaulted they would not accept it so why should we?
