I'm making a level in my new game - Find Matt's Cats - based on a game I made 15 years ago - Adventure Story.

When it comes to drawing faces in the isometric style... I always cheat a bit and make them look towards the camera a little bit, otherwise they look a bit too uncanny.

It's a fun challenge trying to make sprites this small that still have some personality. The first column is the intended palette but I tried out some other options too.
