How did this hack get published?

What's this nonsense? You can't open with a dream! You can't open with nothing happening! The story doesn't begin when the writer is warming up—it begins when the writer is hot!

Did her editor not tell her this? Her estate should get a refund.

Writing explicit erotic quasi-ehebephilic smut in public. Thoughts?

Kind of a question and a discussion post. I'm mainly asking because I myself am writing a spicy scene at this current moment (in a cafe with my back to the windows) and just had to stop for a second.

I don't see too much negativity about the subject, but that could just be me. I know I can work from home, but sometimes that's not an option. It gets very hot in my room sometimes, like so hot I have to start jorking it until the underside of my desk turns white.

I also don't feel that comfortable writing about my characters having sex with my family around/in the same room. Like, they're 500-year-old beings, but they look 14. What would my old mum think?

Edit: I found a way to make it slightly less uncomfortable. I started stroking it to reduce stress while typing one-handed

I "accidentally" pulled for Sparxie

I've been saving for Robin SP, but after buying Sparxie her new outfit, her banner was just too tempting

Literally just one 10-pull later and her E3 came home.

I don't mind this at all because that is an insanely cute E3 art.

In fact I might pull more on her next reruns...

NGD - Lucky Find in Tokyo

Went to a trip to Japan. Of course, I had to go to Ochanomizu. I was already tired from a week of walking.

I went to Ikebe in Shibuya first, then went to Ochanomizu through the Hanzomon line. At Ishibashi, I saw this really cool wall of guitars that I thought was pretty cool, and quite reasonably priced, all things considered.

I kept it in mind, but continued on, since I was originally looking to see if they had old stock or even new or used MIJs that'd catch my eyes (maybe a Moon or something like that in the used section). Maybe a Momose or higher-end Tokai Les Paul.

After walking from the south of Meidai-dori to the station up north, no luck. So I went back to the store and tried some of them, and walked out with that Suhr.

In hindsight I'm glad I didn't get a Les Paul because I had to disassemble the guitar and put it into my luggage. Flying with a Les Paul would have been a nightmare

Finally got to Tokyo's guitar street for the first time and came back with this
