Medicinal Mushroom Extract for Energy | Survey + Opt-in for Free Bottle (Men suffering from high stress, fatigue, burnout)

Hey Chat, I'm in the process of running a medicinal mushroom company and need your help. The brand was created for men who are suffering from high stress, burnout, and fatigue (or at risk of burnout). I see too many people rely heavily on energy drinks, stimulant drugs (prescription & non-prescription), and adrenaline to get through each and every day. I don't want that. That's how my dad died a few months ago.

I'm starting to get some traction since posting on Reddit but would like your feedback on the product marketing, label, and what is/ is not working. I am offering a free bottle of the product to 10 individuals at random who complete the survey below (You can opt in or out if you don't want to be entered into the drawing.) I am not a marketer or designer so I am reaching out to you guys for some insight. If I am allowed to crosspost on certain subreddits please let me know.

Here's a short introduction about me and the brand.

The King's Elixir Energy was made by Atsuka. Born in Japan and raised in the Southern United States, she has 10 years of experience in pharmacology and mycology with a 4 year specialist degree in ethnopharmacology. She is currently in training to become a residency-trained longevity medicine physician and created this brand in honor of men who are under immense stress, battling burnout and fatigue every day. If you have any questions or want to reach out - say hey at hello@theKingsElixir.com - My eyes and ears are wide open to YOU at this stage. Please make your voice heard. I'm listening.

Spiky Oyster Mushrooms

Update to my pink oyster mushrooms. They started fruiting right when I had to leave for vacation so I took it with me in a bin. They were initially pinning in a humidity and FAE controlled tent. They started to grow spikes while at the beach which I have never seen before. Looks super cool and even more coral like 🪸

First time growing Pink Oyster

The colors came out nice and vibrant. Excited to see them fruit. I get to use my humidity and FAE controlled tent for the first time this week too.

Hi prospective supporter, I'm not a graphic designer or marketer and looking to get some advice/help. I'm open to suggestions in the comments as well as hiring someone who can help with design for marketing purposes. I can offer $15/hr until we can increase sustainable revenue.

I am a medical professional with 10 years experience in pharmacology and specialized in ethnopharmacology. I'm also a mycology (mushroom enthusiast). I started a micro-start up offering medicinal mushroom formulations for energy after seeing a many working men, women, students, and parents dependent on energy drinks, stimulant drugs (prescription, non-prescription).

I am now completing medical residency (my second year) in integrative longevity medicine and see a bad trend in pharmaceutical marketing where the general public in the USA is being pushed to become injection drug users (on top of the already toxic food industry and crumbling American lifestyle). I am originally from Japan + the Carolinas and educated in the USA. I am a trained clinician and researcher.

Why I am mission driven now more than ever:

My dad suddenly died a few months ago while I was called to serve in Nepal to provide medical aid to Tibetan refugees, monks, and underserved Nepali people during the "Gen-Z Uprising". I live-streamed and shot footage for the entirety of the trip on Twitch/Youtube in hopes of getting more visibility and traction regarding my message of honest, beneficent health care. My dad was a self-proclaimed gun-loving redneck and Southerner. He was intelligent and hated corruption (DJT) with every cell in his body. He was tough man who went out of his way to help people who were suffering the most despite his CPTSD and brain damage.

This brand was made not only in honor of him but all men who are upright despite the hardships of life. Men who are Sage-Kings, Philosopher-Kings and not tyrants or dictators.

My brand The King's Elixir Energy is my simplest way to provide one product and one message to men in America: Start thinking about your long-term health now.

I have seen US health care at its worst working in the hospital system. I can't do much about it, but I can share my expertise and wisdom with others. (I see patients clinically as well but this project is about spreading a wider message outside the treatment room.)

For me this project was about fun and stepping into a story of mediaeval lore - adventure, alchemy and elixirs, and the millennia long quest for eternal life.

I hope my message resonates with some of you. I know this strange story won't resonate with everyone.

I appreciate any respectful and considerate feedback.

Thank you for reading such a long post and feel free to reach out to me privately via e-mail or DM if you do not want to comment.

New to Reddit and looking to understand Shopify better. I’ve been on Shopify for almost 2 years now with zero success using Google Ads (Hired a marketing manager temporarily without a single sale). I opened an Etsy shop and immediately got a sale after less than a week with ROAS around 6 with Etsy ads.

My business is a medicinal mushrooms micro-startup. No loans or heavy investments. I’ve been using word of mouth and bootstrapping my way through. I have no formal education in business - mostly self taught. I am in the medical field professionally and using Shopify as a side job.

Obviously, I am missing some important things and was curious if to see this is the right place to get some feedback. Appreciate any respectful and considerate input.

I got my first sale 1 week into opening up an Etsy shop after struggling with Google Ads + Shopify for some time. It’s been a long process getting everything set up in general. Feels good to be creating a meaningful brand I actually believe in. Reddit is new for me too so I’ve really been branching out recently.

I’m in the medicinal mushroom field and create products with cordyceps, reishi, chaga, turkey tail and so on.
