Would you rather live in England for a 50 degree day or a minus 50 degree day?

I specify in England as I know it hits 50 in the Middle East and they’re built for it whereas here we’re definitely not lol

Out of interest how much do you pay per month for a gym membership and what country are you from?

Saw something on Twitter saying American gyms are a lot cheaper than UK gyms so I’m curious if it’s true and what other places are like also.

Anyone else thing those little badges people put on their cards look awful?

Matter of fact all cosmetic egos look awful except maybe the whole card ones (retro, champs, the purple season one etc)

Hope my fellow uk gym people are doing good in this heatwave

I’ve not been because my gym seems to spin a wheel on wether they have the aircon on or not but I hope you’re all at better gyms and doing good 😊

Is benching in the squat rack frowned upon?

My gym only has one bench press and it’s fixed so if I wanna do incline it has to be smith or in the squat rack but I don’t wanna annoy people if it’s a known thing

I just needed to say it cus I see so many people asking how they can “tone” without getting bigger etc and it’s not a thing it’s just a word influencers say for no reason 😩

Doing high reps with low weight will not “tone” you
