Do you actually attend all your lectures, or mostly rely on recordings and self-study?

I feel like almost everyone starts university intending to attend every lecture, but after a while most people settle into their own routine.

Some still go to nearly every lecture, while others rely more on recordings, lecture notes, or self-study and only attend sessions they think are especially useful.

What has worked best for you at TU Delft? Has your approach changed as you've progressed through your degree, or do you still attend most lectures?

If you had to convince someone to move here, what would you show them first?

I was thinking about this recently.

Imagine you had a friend who was considering moving here but had never visited before. You only had one day to show them around and convince them that this city is worth calling home.

Where would you take them first? Would you head straight to the beach, wander through the city centre, visit a favourite café, explore a local neighbourhood, or show them somewhere that's special to you?

I'm less interested in the typical tourist checklist and more in the places or experiences that really capture what it's like to live here. What would your itinerary look like, and why?
