Help ! Forgot I parked near a concrete pillar in my parking garage

Knocked off my mirror backing up looking at the camera and not the mirrors , my insurance deductible is $1,000 and I’m pretty savvy enough to find a replacement mirror and install it but what about the door ! My poor car that I’m still paying on !
Should I just get a new door panel ?!?
