I think this is crazy since no other banks do this. My debit card was somehow compromised shortly after receiving it. I only used it one place which was adding it to my Amazon account and purchasing an item straight from Amazon and not a 3rd Party seller.

A couple days after my card has 3-4 attempted charges from someone in Mexico. I reported my card stolen and at the time there wasn't a $15 charge for a new debit card, i got a message telling me they will contact me once the card is shipped.

Waited about 2 weeks and checked the status in my app, and the notice is gone and I now see I would have to pay a $15 charge for a new physical card. I guess I will just have to use my virtual card for now.

I have an Adobe Illustrator (.AI/.EPS) logo file that needs a few minor corrections, but I'm having trouble making the changes myself. The edits are small but require someone who is experienced with Illustrator and vector editing. Some paths and cutouts need to be cleaned up, and I want the final file to remain a proper, editable vector. I'm looking for someone who is very familiar with Illustrator, Pathfinder, compound paths, and anchor point editing who can make these fixes quickly. Please let me know your experience/portfolio with vector logo editing and approximately how long you think the work would take. Thank you!

After, I added a new debit card to my Amazon account, Mastercard if that matters.. Several days letter I started getting charge attempts to my card from random places. Is this happening to anyone else?

The names that come up are Tecni Cell Express -BP, Amazon Prime Pmts for $1.88 and $1.42, and an attempt from Creaciones Lizeth which looks to be in Mexico.

The Wall Street Journal interviewed the woman who organized the protest in front of the courthouse, as well as her friend, yesterday.

I have a client that uses Slack for his team communication. I am in a separate channel with myself and the client. Lately the tasks have become less due to his busy schedule. I feel like I'm paying $9 a month for pretty basic communication. We've tried other chat platforms, but they didn't work out.

Am I basically just paying to use my company domain name in my email. Can I just have him invite me using my gmail address instead and then communicate for free?

We don't use any special chat features. I think he just wants me to use slack because all the communication is in the same place with his other team.

We also don't know for sure if Coffeezilla included the minifigs in the valuation since we can't see the full spreadsheet and Chrystal wasn't sure either, and a bit more.

"Ammon Henrikson and alleged partner, Albert Nash, are facing charges of organized retail theft and theft by receiving after the July 3 raid of their Eugene store "Brick Builders" led to over $200,000 worth of allegedly stolen Lego sets being recovered by Springfield Police Department." (2024)

The warrant alleges Henrikson entered a local Target store and made lists of what he wanted suspected thieves to steal.

Employees at that same Target believe at one point, Henrikson may have been a suspect himself in a smash-and-grab style theft, running out of the store with stolen Lego sets. He was never arrested or charged for that allegation. 

The warrant also stated Henrikson often took advantage of homeless people who stole the Lego sets, according to one of the suspected thieves that spoke with police.

That suspect said that Henriksen would "cheat" them out of money by paying only $40 for a stolen Lego set worth around $250.

Brick Builders IG mentions 3 names, one or possibly two of them being the ones arrested in the bust. One of the names shows a different first name.

There's also an image on the IG that shows a large Star Wars collection from 2018 and the post has one comment from 98 weeks ago that says "Whoa stolen Lego sets RAD way to stimulate the local drug trade y'all!!"

Seems like this may possibly be going on for some time now?
