Mounting code

Can I mount this disconnect sideways and still have it be weather resistant. Also will that pass 2023 NEC? I didn’t see anything about mounting in the directions. Also it had a neutral bar. Is that fine since my circuit only needs two hot legs and a neutral, it is for a MR cool mini split/ AC compressor
