Women underestimating themselves

Does anybody else here feel like women underestimate their physical strength and men severely overestimate theirs? I've seen so many videos regarding men's apparent superhuman strength and them being "scarily strong" on tiktok and it's kind of confusing me. Basically the strongest woman on earth could be made out to still lose to a weak guy, and I don't understand why both men and women think that. In my mind i obviously know this stuff isnt true, and that i shouldnt let it get to me, but at this point its just becoming a pain in the ass. That's all, I just wondered if any other women felt the same. P.s I'm not denying any facts, nor am i saying all men are like this, i just think some of this is bullshit and a major exaggeration, so don't come at me pls.

Am I unattractive

I'm gonna delete this later as I feel embarrassed putting my pictures up. I was bullied in high school, and it got to me. Not every teasing comment I got was about my looks, but still, all of them hurt. I have gotten WAY more confident since then. It's been like 5 years, but I still feel sort of gross when I think back to what people have said to me, and the way I present myself is important to me. I know that I need to do stuff to my god-awful hair, and maybe switch up fashion choices, but facially, i wondered what people other people think. Thanks for reading, and ignore the stare down in the first picture

Nobody likes talking to me at my group therapy

I have lower functioning autism and I am thr only one there with level 2. At my therapy I mean. I have been going for 3 months, and i always try to talk to the others there but they don't really seem to like me and look uncomfortable around me especially. I understand that some of them can be very shy and don't like being around others, they could have been forced to attend for all I know, and I respect that. I just wondered why they seem to be less nervous around each other, for thr most part. I tried to talk to one of the girls there who also mentioned her favourite colour being orange and I know it sounds stupid but I was excited. She looked very stiff and stressed when I was rambling so I stopped, and I was asked to move away to another table. I wondered if there was any tips for me on how to behave better for making friends, as I've been trying forever and failing lol

I think men really exaggerate their strength at times

I have seen so many videos making women out to be SO much weaker than men, with plenty of guys making strange comments about how much stronger they are, and wording their sentences like they actually want to be viewed as "scary". I also have seen some posts on here in the past about "realising how strong men are" or "strongest woman could never beat the weakest man." It really confuses me. I am a 17 year old female, and I have tussled and fought with boys and a few adult males before during wrestling and such, and yeah, they're strong, but if feels barely any different to fighting with another girl. And I know anybody who takes this same attitude that women dont have any strength will say they hold back, but please trust me when I say that they don't. I know, of course, that they are just ego grabbing. I just wanted to know if any other women/girls feel the same? That !SOME! men can really overestimate themselves. Thanks for reading.

Ps. I am not denying any facts, nor do i hate all men, I just hate bullshit
