Inspired by the song, “…Blackout” from In The Heights the musical. The song has dual meaning - powerless literally due to a blackout, and powerless by symbolizing helplessness in the character’s lives.

It includes Queen Anne’s Lace flowers picked during a walk today (representative of the Queen Anne’s Lace I used to pick as a kid growing up and press into bookmarks…some things never change!).
