Searching for Gonzey Owners along the Rideau
I live along the Rideau Canal and would love to meet up with other Gonzey Pizza Oven Owners and meet up for a pizza night ! Hope to do a Pizza Party in September near Perth- Smiths Falls. I have Roccbox and happy to meet other who have Roccbox or Gonzey Tread and like to be portable !

Gonzey Roccbox Fire Attachment
Used the Gonzey V1 of the fire attachment , apple wood . Easy to use but work to manage vs gas . Did need to cook pizza a bit longer as base did not get as hot , but fun for just a few pizzas. Not sure if I could taste wood fire difference and worth the extra work for set up . NY style dough - Mediterranean toping with chicken

Pizza Stone - black marks
What is the best way to get the black marks off the pizza stone and keep it looking new ??
Tried burning it off , tried baking soda paste , but still shows and some site say don’t wash with water as the stone can crack when heated
Does it every get cleaned after using a few times ?
I have Gonzey Roccbox and love it and want to keep it looking good !!!
( the pink paste cleaner is good for the stainless steel looking sparkling ! )
