For context, I’m (18M) a lightweight according to my best friend who I went clubbing with lol. This is my second time clubbing, and I’ve had brain fog for a whole week now- I’m having a hard time remembering stuff, time is basically flying by, and I can’t focus.

Based off my bank details and my memory, I had 2 vodka shots, 1 and 1/2 vodka-Red Bulls (I shared it with my friend)

I’m not in any pain or anything

Extra info: I’m on 20mg prescribed Fluoxetine for anxiety.

Ok, so context- ‘G’ (my ex stepdad) is my mom’s ex husband and the dad of my younger siblings. In the nicest way possibly said, he just gets by all by his own choice and lives in a condo and drives a car in my mom’s name. The car I’m supposed to get when I have my license.

To the main issue now.

I’m 18M, just graduated with my road test at the start of August. I live in Ottawa and the DMV I’ve booked my road test with requires me to have my own car or rent. I have a lot going on this summer;

In two months I have stuff sorted for college, getting my mental health sorted because I can’t afford therapy atm, job searching, a tattoo artist apprenticeship, and I’m getting top surgery before college starts.

I’ve been trying for months now to make plans with G to go driving together- even offering to set up a play date with our neighbor’s kids while we practice, or paying for a babysitter.

G’s saying that I can practice with any car and that I don’t specifically need the car he’s driving- which yes, I acknowledge is completely true. But my argument is that since the car is ment to go to me, it makes more sense for me to practice more with it to get used to it.

My mom has a car, but it’s a modern electrical car that she has expressed she doesn’t want me using outside of sporadic practicing with her present.

I’m just frustrated because I’ve spent years doing him favors and basically being the dad to his kids when he didn’t feel like it, and he just won’t listen to me.

I don’t know what to do right now, my mom is 100% on my side after I explained and showed her the official drive test requirements.

TLDR: I want to practice with the cat that my ex-stepdad drives because it’s supposed to go to me and I’d have to do my drive test with it, but he keeps flaking.

Edit; I also have a reasonable amount of worry that G will murder the car before it goes to me. He had a PERFECT fucking Van that he just didn’t take care of until it died.

Hello!! I’ve posted on her a couple times, but this morning after my high school exams I found out that there was a cancellation and my top surgery consult will be this coming Monday!!

It’s going to be with Dr. Sean Smith in Ottawa, if you’ve had surgery with him could you let me know what to expect? Anything helps, thank you :)

One time I decided to lick a drop off the vial, don’t ask me why- I just did it. And you know what?? It tasted like the juices inside glow sticks. If you’re wondering, I like to chew on things that aren’t ment to be chewed, and as a young kid I liked to chew on glow sticks even through I’d always pop them and get the juices into my mouth. I’m guessing it’s an autism thing…
