Seller denying my request to cancel my order

So basically I bought an etb from a seller for my brother to open it on his birthday but like the next day I saw another etb 15€ cheaper (because it had a tear in the seal) and bought it and kindly asked the older seller to cancel the order but he refused saying I was trying to “manipulate the market” even though I explained him the situation and he still saying how I had 0 buy records on my account etc… I havent paid for the order yet but I sent the money through bank transfer for it to be accounted to my credits. He basically threatened me and told me to go f myself (not literally). I opened a support ticket but how long would it take them to solve the issue? Any ideas what can I do in this situation?

My Experience With Ray-Ban Meta Support

So last week I posted what happened to my glasses here, and after the feedback I got I was totally hopeless but I still submitted a claim on Essilor Luxottica Italia and explained them the situation, and told that it broke right near a stress point which might be because of a structural weakness and applied for a change covered under the EU Legal Guarantee. The very next day I was contacted that they'd change my glasses completely free of charge under that guarantee and wanted me to ship them. I shipped them immediately but I mailed them in extra that I would be very grateful if they could ship the replacements as quick as possible since I had a flight to Madrid on 24th for the Ye concert and I wanted to record some parts of the concert with my glasses without holding the stupid phone while enjoying the greatest artist ever, perform live. I didnt receive a reply but yesterday I received a mail that they shipped my glasses (before the pair that I sent in arrived to them) and today morning my glasses arrived to me. I dont know the general experience with the Ray-Ban support but in EU its definetly worth to apply for a change covered under warranty since they would face serious problem if they ever get sued on civil court(or Giudice di Pace in Italy) so I guess they'd rather refund you than to deal with a lawsuit and possibly higher costs

Ray Ban Meta arm broke on my face?

I was literally riding the bus and the bus kinda went rough on the pothole and I heard a snap and I saw that the arms are broken. And the electronics seem to be not working. How much would it usually cost to repair it? What should I do?

Edit: Ray-Ban just told me that they’d cover it under warranty (Thanks to the EU consumer laws)

Sellers selling fake/resealed japanese mega dream ex boxes3

I have messaged a few sellers for their Mega Dream boxes, asking them to send the high quality pictures of the sides, and I realised some of them are selling the fake chinese boxes that are getting really common lately. The cards inside are real so if you open them the cards will be real but you wont get any valuable hits. I will explain how to understand.

  1. The shrink wrap. I know its hard to understand from the photos but I use 2 strategies. First I check the shrink line on the longer side of the box. That should be slightly curved and should have a slight stitch-like pattern and also check the short sides for any bubbling/tears for resealed. In personwise, while holding in hand the shrink must feel real soft. Like when you slide your finger it should be like soft tissue but waving. If the shrink feels hard and non moving it means its not real.

  2. The coloring of the box. In real boxes the coloring is more dark shaded, more rich. If the box colors seems vibrant or too light shaded it also means its fake. Also blue and gray "ex" the logo on the top right corner is a good indication. That also should be less vibrant and exactly divided in half with top half being slightly lighter than the bottom half. If the shading is inconsistant such as top to bottom it gets dark-light-dark with very sharp straight cuts of color change its also fake. It should not be dark gray. It should be light gray

  3. The side with the ©2025 Pokemon side. That writing in fake boxes are almost zero to the bottom of the box whereas in real boxes there should be a few milimeters of empty space. Also the check the font. In fake boxes the font of that writing really catches your eye since its usually low quality.

  4. Lastly check the underneth of the box where it says "for sale in japan only". In real boxes the font is homogenous, same size whereas in fake boxes they either mess up the font or the coloring.

And I know its hard to understand from the photos mostly but while buying japanese packs/boxes always ask the seller beforehand for higher quality picture of the sides. I messaged a lot of sellers and it seems that even some professional sellers are selling fake boxes. When ı told them with proof why I think its fake, they always lie. Some say they bought it directly from Pokemon Center JPN (which doesnt sell booster boxes with shrink wrap) or from a "trusted japanese supplier". I dont know if they sell them knowingly but be careful when buying. Stay safe!
