I wanna try paint on football cleats, anyone mind sharing do’s and dont’s? Im using Angelus and would like to know whats the best way to maximize durability on the cleats.

Double sided tape to hold a leather temporarily before sewing? I dont want to use a glue. I saw this one guy sewing a reverse swoosh on AJ1 and he uses a double sided tape to hold it in place before sewing. Anyone knows whats the brand of it?

Help I love running but I just got PF from my last long run and marathon,
After 3-4 months of training, in my last LSD, I got a pain around here and its kind of the whole stretch of the bottom outer right foot. Before this I dont have this pain but starting to feel it now. I recovered with ice and everything already and did my half marathon recently and the pain came back.
Btw im using my Superblast 3s in my long runs. I never faced this after months of using it until recently.
