Claiming dependents wrong and lying on insurance?

I don't know which flair is the best for this, so I'm using this one. My aunt said the dependents stuff is fraud, and the insurance stuff also applies under irs, but idk. I'm 17, and my little sister is 15. I'm planning on calling the irs, ssa, and cps on my mom in the near future, and I'm scraping together as much info and evidence ad possible, so that I've got a sound case against her, and if she isn't hit on one front, something else does, so feel free to correct me, it's all a lot.

My older sister, aged29, claims us as dependents, and has since like 2020 or 2021. They split the return. She hasn't lived with us since around that same time, and definitely doesn't spend 50 percent or more of her income on us. My mom doesn't have a job, and hasn't since around then. I and my little sister also receive disability and child support, this has been our only income, my little sister's disability has been expired since last fall, and her dad "never pays", so my income is the only household income. I've asked he about it on video, and got her to admit to it (I'm in a place that let's me record undisclosed, if I myself am engaging in the conversation, dw)

The second part, is the insurance stuff. We've had more house/trailer fires than the typical person probably should. My mom has lived through multiple, and so has my older sister. I and my little sister, only 2, but it's very obvious. The first one, was when I was like 7, almost 8, and my mom and her husband at the time were getting ready for us to move to another state. He had cancer, and "wanted to see where she grew up". Anything important monetarily, or paperwork, went into a storage room. There was a fire, which I don't believe they found a cause for, but my mom will swear up and down, in that way that people desperate to make you believe do, that it was electrical. We went to the park, with our dog, and the neighbors called that the house was on fire. I don't remember a lot about how the money turned out for this part, just that it was a thing that happened; And during the most recent fired I had a mini flashback or something of it, and what I think was a panic attack.

The most recent fire was like a year plus ago. She moved anything expensive, and the important paperwork, to an aunt's garage. She told us to have anything "important" out. We move almost annually, it depresses me, I was in the middle of packing the sentimental stuff mentally. She was also preparing us to leave for denmark, where her bf lives. On the same day we disenrolled from school, and picked up a new prescription, the neighbor's kid called us and told us there was a fire, they heard booming, etc. (I and my lil sis remember fireworks on the kitchen shelf.) Our esp pets were also inside. It took weeks to catch them, but one got some oxygen before running off. Despite this, he sounded like a smoker when we first brought him to the hotel room. Neither got taken to the vet for it, she only took them a month later to get them f-ing nutered and spayed. The trailer was insured for like 65k, including belongings, because of some music stuff from the late husband and keepsakes, which was out at the time of the fire. My mom also smokes, and she's had manual rolling machines on and off our entire lives, and never once have I seen her take the tobacco from the butts, but she started doing that like 2 weeks before the fire. The cause is unknown, they saw the ashtray and asked about cigs, best guess was electric. On top of this, when the deadline for reciepts for furniture came up, my mom and older sister went fake shopping online, exaggerated what we had to seem nicer/more expensive/brand new, and charged a company or credit card of my sister's they knew wouldn't work, for the reciepts. I'm angry I didn't get a recording of this, because I was in a bad mental headspace at the time, and now she denies it and deflects, and like pulls the whole darvo thing on me. I'm 90 percent sure it was a company card, but it could just be a credit card or whatever, bc my sister is neck deep in debt. I remember being genuinely disappointed to realize that they weren't shopping for a new place, bc we were staying with my mom's bf at that point. (Yes, she used the insurance money to fly us overseas. We are still overseas because she made us overstay our welcome. There are a lot of moving parts. In other news, we're in an asylum center and about to go back home, so it's my 3rd time with red cross 'helping' my family. Helping is a loose term, not because ion respect them, but because I wish people looked into her more...)

Anyways, yeah, motive for arson, lying about what was in the homes, claiming us incorrectly and splitting the profits. And that's just what fits under irs. So like....[insert scream]. Do tell me if I need to offer more info. Like I wanna know what she'll get pinned for, how much proof I personally need to provide, and what a paper trail will likely do for me. Obviously the burning houses, if proven, will help us get into a placement, with the cps stuff, and just add more proof that she's not fit to be a parent. Thanks for reading, and your time.

Supplimental income/disability not Supplimental? Fraud?

My mom hasn't had a job for around 7 year, give or take. Around the same time my sister's disability started. She's been applying for mine my whole life, and we got it in 23 or 24. She pays rent on it. She buys groceries on it and stamps. I'm unsure if we still get stamps, but my sister's disability expired last fall. We've been abroad over a year, and about 3 or 4 months ago we got the asylum system, bc of mandatory reporting (I had an attempt right at the end of December, dw I'm mentally ok rn). We have a meeting to schedule flights home the 19th, and I'm planning to call cps, irs, and ssa shortly after we get back to the US. She hasn't made them stop my disability while we were abroad longer than allowed without them freezing it (no residence permit applied for either, we literally have no papers giving an excuse for that), and buys ciggs on the disability, which is currently only my cash. We also receive child support, but apparently "[lil sis]'s dad never pays", and mine "rarely pays", but also after a budgeting talk, bc I wanted to have a clear idea if where my cash goes, we get 65-130/260 monthly from him. This is the social security part of it all, or at least what I know should fit under this umbrella.

Planning on making a report soon, sorry for the yap, it's just a lot

I'm 17, and have a 15 year old younger sister. We have an older one, but she doesn't particularly tie into the cps parts of the info om collecting. My mom has done plenty of stuff, from SS abuse (I and and little sister's disability, we literally pay the bills, no job since 2020ish), letting older sis claim us as dependents and splitting the return with her, a suspicious amount of fires in her lifetime with even worse actions before (even lying about what was in house), but this is obvi cps stuff, which idk if I understand if I'm getting the whole picture, but correct me if I'm wrong.

We have had medical neglect, not seeing doctors for years, I haven't seen a dentist since like yr20 or 21. We're abroad rn, and in an asylum case, this is the first healthcare we've seen in a year, because she put it off so long, because we were staying with her bf (we schedule flights home 19th, so I will be in the US to report) Bf's place is nasty, I have pics of it in one of its worse states. We moved into a hoarder's home in like 22-23, and that was nasty for a good while. I managed to get a vid of the listing.

She threatens our belongings, esp pets(which we haven't seen in a year, bc they're in the states with an aunt I didn't want them with) , and repeatedly does things I ask her. I have her threatening me, and admitting some dates on video, without her knowing. I'm in a country that allows you to record if you're included in the conversation, even if the other party doesn't know/consent, and the state I'm going to be in also is fine with it.

We also move like annually. There's only 2 places we've stayed longer than a grade or part of one and a full one. It's hard, because I was just a kid, obvi, and my sister has been manipulated into compliance as a coping mechanism (she's the "good kid", that gets dismissed, yelled at, and/or invalidated when she has emotions, and I'm the "argumentative" one, who's "just like [big sis]") she kicked big sis out at 14, actually abandoned a cat of hers, and big sis said she did drugs (mom is a heavy smoker, but I'm not sure how much to trust from sis rn tbh), and she learnt to manipulate people, just like mom. She's better, but barely, and deadnames me behind my back consistently.

I can only blame some of this on my mom's parental trauma, the moving, an abusive mom, etc. Her excuse for the medical stuff is how long it takes to set up doctors, and not having a car, which I'm not sure holds up in court.

I'm probably forgetting something, and this post is long, but I wanna know how much of this would up up in court, what cps can do, especially regarding I and my sister and our esp pets, even charges she'll be looking at, just on this part(I'm trying to understand how much she'll go down for, bc it motivates, but also just because 8m curious). Any stable fam have no space/hospitality left, bc of the mooching she pulled, and the rest are varying levels of toxic that would do similar things. If y'all want the state or country, I'll either edit or comment it.

Edit: I forgot to clarify. Yes I'm a US citizen, we are abroad in denmark. The only reason we even got put into the asylum system finally, is because I attempted, and a case worker had to do some mandatory reporting when I made it clear that we overstayed. We didn't move in with a hoarder, she bought a home previously owned by one, and we moved into it while it was still nasty, because it came with anything on the property, and it could've very easily given us diseases or infections.

I just got banned from Ias for being underage

I just hit day 222, 2 days ago. I was like less than ten minutes into day 224. My last relapse was a suicide attempt, so if you don't count that as sh, which I do, it's been longer, and besides the attempt, the years before's relapses were getting less damaging. I've been getting more active in the community, sometimes venting, sometimes updating when I'm feeling awesome. I just turned 17, and that was a thing that was posted about, but plenty of ppl post bday posts. I also posted about some stuff that I know's coming up that'll make staying clean hard. My mom has been neglecting I and my sibling in a number of ways for years, as well as psychologically abusing us. I got videos, and I hyped myself up, in that manic way that people sometimes need to share with someone, because I have nobody to share that with without making me feel like a burden, even if they seem to half get it. In a week, maybe 2, I'll be home and be calling cps about it all. I just wanted to fucking check in on the timeline today and also see how far I was, bc I knew 222 was coming up, and I had a depressive day. Fuck. I don't know what to do. I found out, in a stable mood, and honestly, I didn't need this, after finally starting to feel better and ride out the fatigue today. This is so fucking stupid. Just ban me from venting about the masturbation addiction, ion fucking care, but don't fucking block me from the Sh. I have nowhere to go with this. I don't post on this sub because I always get pedos in my dms, to the point that I had to close them after one post. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I'm so close to normal, after that rough spot coming up, and they do this. They couldn't even wait till I was stable. I'm hiding in a shared studio apartment like 12 by 10(I want to stress that I have zero privacy), that my sibling and mom can enter at any time, crying, because I don't have the energy to even go on a walk or sit outside, like I've been doing. I check on on my highest highs and lowest lows, and reread my own posts, to not even have that to make sure I remember myself correctly is such a loss. I have ONE year. Why should I give an ID to experience a human community? Why should I pay for care that I don't receive irl? This isn't about protecting children, this is about data and profit, and the don't care about the lives caught in the crossfire. We're packing again, and I'm seeing the withdrawals and depressive episodes cropping up, I couldn't speak for hours today. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but they're happy to pull the rug on vulnerable people. It won't me, but someone will do worse than relapse over this. I have so much to say, that I just can't let out. They took a part of me reserved for the people that can't see the social anxiety, because they're not there watching me hope that they don't see what a disaster that I am. I am unmasking, but I can't go out there and be who I am on that app in a communal kitchen or supermarket. I want to let the visceral parts spill, all the anger, and grief, and sick anxiety, that tug of when I remember forgetting. Who will observe me and comment on the load, if I don't have a place to place it, so it doesn't weigh me down as hard? What can I even do? I have coping mechanisms, but that was one of them. It's just another online space run by money, shoving out the people too young to spend, but I still need to grieve this.
