since nobody will know who this is; lizzie borden was an ALLEGED axe murderess, the murders being of her father and stepmother, with a hatchet/axe! XD she was acquitted anyways, and basically, had a really contradictory alibi. she was also allegedly lesbian!! very very cool. (the murders happened in 1892, and the trial ended in 1893!)

But when Ragatha has a mental health struggle about her family situation or something, it’s either played off as a joke, or ignored? Or Jax looks jealous for her getting any amount of sympathy??
When we told her I had OSDD-B, her first response was basically, “When will you get cured?” And we replied like, “We don’t want final fusion.” And she like. Won’t accept that. Sorry that this is short, but can anybody tell me what to say/do now?

We switch like 7 times a day because we are under very high stress with dealing with trauma in therapy nearly every day. We would ALL like to go back to switching 1-3 times a day, for our sake, like back when therapy was working well, and we don’t know how to achieve this. Any tips, or should I just ask my therapist?
Edit: also, we have diagnosed OCD, and it really scares us when alters don’t front for long periods of time, and it makes us spiral. any tips for that?
So, I hear all the time “It’s a red flag if systems have alters who all front consistently.” But I have 6 alters who ALL front at least once a day, unless there’s another alter we “need” (not saying that we choose who fronts,) due to their role, but other than that, they all kinda rotate fronting at roughly the same time every day. (I do have a diagnosis, and have been in therapy for a year.) but I just feel so invalid for us having a “fronting schedule,” quote un quote

Obviously, this is a topic that has been covered before, but I don’t know, a lot of it doesn’t work for me, and I’m sadly too lazy to scavenge for info, so.. a bullet list of things I can do to help would be nice. I get a lot of blurred states where SOMEBODY is fronting I just can never tell who. It’s not like nobody’s, “in the body,” per se. That’s really all. Sorry if this question is annoying! Thanks!
