nobody makes real flare jeans

I'm having the hardest time finding flare jeans that works for midsize sizes, companies are not willing to use extra fabric to make the jeans flare like they are supposed to. Where can I find jeans that ACTUALLY flare?

I can finally eat a banana with a bruise

it took some decades, but I ate a bruised banana. NOT VERY BRUISED, but had a few spots. I spent so long breaking those spots away, but today I decided to accompish my fear: eating something that my mind deemed inedible.

hopefully I can bring myself to try peaches and kiwis next

Protestant -> Orthodox converts, question...

I have two major questions

  1. what was the most surprising change that happened during/after converting? Not necessary to be a theological take but maybe lifestyle or misc.

  2. What were some of the hardest protestant beliefs to break down?

I'm finding it easy for me to fall in love with orthodoxy, but in my protestant life, I never gave so much care into theology because I was just like "if I don't sin, if I act kindly, believe in the trinity, and am public in my faith, then I have salvation". But Orthodoxy is so different, in my research I'm learning all types of things and it's hard for me to break my walls down actually to let myself understand it all.

looking for new stories

So I recently logged back into episode for the first time in a while, and I see the same issue as to why I left: everything is mafia and ceo related. Personally, I hate a power imbalance story.

I'm looking for a story thats somewhere between drama, mystery, action, adventure. I like a lot of dystopian/end of world stories (not zombies though, think of the 100 or even DARK), other than that I also love an enemies to lovers, bad boyfriend plot with a love interest who helps a girl out, those types of tropes. One thing I would really like is if the story let my character do what she wants, like let my girl ovulate on chapter 4. I also kind of like friends with benefits type stories because of the drama, but overall I just don't want my character to be a weak person like all the mafia and ceo stories.

Any Recs?

hot take: In the episode with Dewey's dog, Marshmallow, Craig getting attacked by the dog was justified

I like to think of Craig in a neutral way, but I often find myself getting highly annoyed with him when he has more than like 4 lines. Craig enters the house after Dewey says not to, he ruins Hal and Lois's plans, he just does not respect the boundaries of the family. I know I said the dog attack was justified, it's not (I just said that to get attention), but it made me feel very satisfied.

I'm not sure, but I like his positivity. However, if I had someone in my life like him, I wouldn't be happy at all.

I'm only a few episodes ahead, but I still think that when he puts himself in the position, I can't help but feel satisfied with the outcome.

Hangout dilemma

So myself and my college friends live fairly far away from each other, so we usually meet up at cities and bigger towns to see each other over the summer. we often find ourselves mostly planning around where we want to eat. I personally am a picky eater but I go places and will suck it up. My friend wants to eat at this restaurant but I am just absolutely not wanting to eat there so i made a potential plan: we get our own food and meet up somewhere. the dilemma though is that i don’t know where to meet up other than a park (rainy). any suggestions of public places where people can hangout and just sit and talk?
