Is there a place where community notices and events are posted?

I'm trying to get out more (socially) and interact more within the town. I was wondering if there is a spot or board where there are flyers for events or groups I can join, like I've seen in some other towns. I remember there was one at the Sainsbury's near the town centre, but that's been cleaned up recently.

Break My Heart by Must Die is insane

NSD Vol. 7 just dropped and there are so many incredible tracks in there (looking at you Bromance Is Dead) but I have to talk about Break My Heart. The supersaws part in the pre-drop are some of the best I've heard and the drop feels like a culmination of his new style he's been developing since Vampire Weapon. And coming off Speakerbox and Vogue, two great releases. Excited for what he has next in store

Some unique projects in the construction boom of Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Like the other Southeast Asian capitals of Bangkok, KL, and Manila before it, Phnom Penh is undergoing a huge skyscraper boom, changing its urban landscape into a high-rise cityscape. This is mainly from rapid economic growth and Chinese investment into its real estate.

There's more in this thread with buildings I didn't include because they were more boring. They also have a supertall, J-Tower 3, under construction.

Paraguay is having something of a skyscraper boom, with its capital Asuncion getting a few buildings taller than 150 m with some projects even reaching above 200 m. Ciudad del Este is the country's second largest city with a population of about 300k and a metro population of over 500k when combined with Brazil's Foz do Iguacu and Argentina's Puerto Iguazú.

Ciudad del Este (Spanish for City of the East) borders both Brazil and Argentina and is hence one of the world's largest free-trade zones, which perhaps explain how such a massive building is able to rise here. This building, Atlantys, will be 150 m (492 ft) tall. It has a rather bulky look and will likely be a giant among the city's skyline.

It's will be the tallest in Yorkshire, and it also claims to be the tallest student accommodation building in the world.

Because of Montreal's height limit regarding the Mont Royal hill where the city takes its name, no new buildings in Montreal can surpass the height of its two tallest buildings, 1250 René-Lévesque and the pyramid-topped 1000 de La Gauchetière.

However, mainly due to Canada's recent condo boom, Montreal has built a spate of skyscrapers in the past decade. Five of these hit the ~200 m height limit, those being Maestria, Victoria sur le Parc, Banque Nationale Headquarters (the only office tower here), Skyla, and 1 Square Phillips. Maestria is a twin tower development whose second tower is also tall enough to be in the top 10.

All of these were completed in 2024 and 2025. The rate of construction has slowed quite a bit and there aren't any more projects as tall going up, although a few are proposed.
