Did being fat make me have an early puberty?

The first pic I was probably 8 years old if I had to guess and in the second I’m 12 years old after I lost some weight. I don’t know exactly when I started puberty but I think my puberty ended sooner than others. Is it possible that being fat made my puberty start early and end early?

Is this a good split set up?

\*\***Push day + Abs**\*\*
Chest prs x2

Shoulder prs x2

Pec dec x2

Lateral raise x2

Tricep ext x2

Decline sit up x2

Leg raises x2

\*\***Pull day 1**\*\*
Lat pull x2

Chest sp row x3

Barbell curl x2

Rear delt fly x2

\*\***Leg day + Abs 1**\*\*

Leg press x2

Uni leg press x1

Leg ext x2

Decline sit up x2

Leg raises x2

For work out frequency I do PPL rest PPA (a day I just do abs, no legs) rest and repeat.

Do I have enough arm work? (My arms are kinda lacking)

Why Jumps work for Heightmaxing

When you jump, your body experiences cyclic mechanical stress the force of pushing off and landing creates microfractures in bone and compresses cartilage. These micro-injuries aren't harmful; they act as signals for your body to adapt, strengthen, and remodel tissue, which is the core mechanism behind natural bone lengthening. Each type of jump has a specific effect: regular jumps distribute force through your legs and spine, jump rope provides high-frequency repetitive micro-impact that stimulates both bones and joints, plyometrics develop explosive strength while increasing tissue adaptation in multiple planes, and weighted or resistance-based jumps amplify osteoblast activity, enhancing bone mineralization.

This mechanical stimulation is tightly linked to hormonal responses. Explosive, high-intensity jumps trigger surges in growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1, which circulate through the bloodstream to support tissue repair and growth. When combined with fasted training or blood flow restriction (BFR), hormone concentrations are localized, amplifying the effect where it matters most. Timing also matters: fasted morning sessions prime the endocrine system for peak GH release, midday bursts create additional mechanical stress without overtraining, and light evening sessions maintain tissue mobility and nutrient delivery.

Suggested Reps & Sets:
i) Regular jumps: 3-5 sets of 15-20 reps il) Jump rope: 5-8 minutes, alternating 1-2 minutes high intensity with 30 seconds rest
iii) Plyometrics: 3-4 sets of 10-12 explosive jumps iv) Weighted jumps: 3 sets of 8-10 reps

WARNING: This is not medical advice. This is a height growth method I have spent time researching and I thought I should share it with yall.

Genetics vs Epigenetics

i) Blueprint vs Expression: Genetics set the blueprint for your body bones, cartilage, facial structure but environmental inputs dictate expression. Lifestyle, diet, sleep, and activity can enhance or suppress genetic potential.

il) Epigenetic Influence: Bone growth, posture, and facial features respond to your environment. Kids raised with better nutrition and activity patterns often exceed parental height, even if genetics suggest otherwise.

iii) Mindset Alignment: Growth is partly mental.
Consistent action backed by belief drives measurable change. Internal confidence translates to disciplined execution, which is essential for any heightmaxxing effort.

Daily Routine

Daily Routine
i) Morning (Fasted): Hydrate, black coffee, explosive session (jumps, burpees, jump rope).

ii) Midday: Short sprint or plyometric bursts. Traction if possible.

ili) Eating Window: Four nutrient-dense meals (protein, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin K).
Incorporate light jump rope or mini-explosives between meals.

iv) Evening: Post-meal traction, decompression, stretching. Optional light jump rope or plyometric sets for circulation.

v) Sleep: 9:00-11:30 pm. Avoid sugar or heavy carbs 2-4 hours before sleep. Traction/stretching session before bed enhances spinal elongation.

Height growth drugs

Has anyone gone in depth in the topic of height maxing drugs? (Ex: hgh, fgr3 inhibitors, e2 inhibitors)

Do these drugs move the needle or are they just going to get you to ur destination faster?

people say hgh actually stunts growth and others say it gave them 5inches, so what’s true?

Mom thinks height growth is just paused

My mom thinks one growth spurt is over and the other one just hasn’t started yet jfl. How true is this where someone can just pause growing for like a year then have another small spurt? Gotta be rare but how is it even possible?

I’ve seen that one YouTuber say he was “hardstuck” 5,10 for 2 years then grew to 6,2 at 18. I think he’s lying but it’s not physically impossible no?

Is this guy Legit?

In a lot of his vids he says he was 5’10 from 16-18 then after “optimizing” his hormones (😂) he grew to 6’2. He says his dad is 5’10 and his mom is 5’8.

Growth pains?

This past month I’ve felt slight pains mostly in my knee and other joints like my wrist; they don’t really hurt but it’s unusual and I’m wondering if it could be a growth spurt

Context:

I think I started puberty at 13? I could be wrong and it could be earlier or later but I never felt pain at all while growing. At 16 I stalled in height and I’m now 17 1/2. I’m basically 5,11 morning height 5,10 compressed.

Are these pains growth related?
