I'm not trying to doompost just going to rant about the issues that are compounding on this game we all like.

The reality is:

Matchmaking has always been an issue for many. Balance has been so lackluster on OP characters Elsa and Bucky running rampant for seasons now, whilst being 'careful' on heroes like mr.fanta/blade/stratpool etc. Damage and healing being too high, forcing supports to healbot and if not tanks just immediately explode.

Add to this the fact that after only adding 1 support jubilee in 5.5 months we get a full season with a dps release. By the time a support releases in s11 it will be 1 support in 7 months. There are a plethora of other issues like skin distribution, optimisation,toxicity/throwing, smurfs.

All these things are just compounding and NetEase need to lock in and solve it as fast as possible, not to mention all the competition for the casual playerbase on the horizon.

Ps. I main tank btw 95% of my time is on tanks.

Wolv goes into the middle of my whole team and doesn't die because I need 2FA to stun somebody ffs.(celestial)

He's not even scared of your nest either because he knows he can jump in grab you and get out before your drones detonate or you manage to stun him.

I didn't plan on playing much anyways but damn this just shows she is in a bad spot.

Ok I'm on console so ill use ps5 binds, all in all he seems very fun but a few issues have cropped up for me and if I'm misunderstanding pls correct me.

#1 We cannot control the activation of the overdrive mode.

#2 The fact that we can't control overdrive results in activation at inconvenient moments where I might have overextended or need to shield for team, and with overdrive you can't use L2(mantle of oblivion) to shield. So you resort to fading and not helping your team.

#3 What is the need to have 2 buttons assigned to the overdrive when it is always more dps.

I'd appreciate any tips or ways to circumvent this I've tried binding other buttons but that doesn't work. So it seems to be intentional that once you're in overdrive you have to commit but for me that seems wrong unless there was a way to toggle it on once on 100 energy.

In no universe is this game not a psychological experiment, I dont play for a week come back and some guy just decides he can't be bothered.

We are up 3-0 and crusing with 3min to spare and this guy just types in chat 'this game is too easy I cba, im going on another game'. He just leaves and we actually hold it for a while till last minute but we just can't do enough.

We then lose 5-3, this is celestial bruh and I look through his history he left a game yesterday too. Like wtf is the point of playing this game and why isn't this guy banned for at least a week?

I posted this (Brothers I fear we went from D tier to F tier, worst tank in the game now) as soon as patch notes dropped because it seemed obvious.

So many in the comments thought I was agenda posting, nope. Worst tank in the game purely through powercreep and a terrible ult.

Now that the season 8.5 patch notes are out.

Anglea got a huge buff and Rogue got a buff too, no Thor ult buff.

We now might actually be the worst Tank and I really struggled this season in celestial too, RIP.

This is a pro match btw just happened and Dino was the win condition, pick or ban every game so far. The so called counter Emma just went 0-10, a tank that makes playing other tanks less enjoyable because of a kidnap. Have we been here before?

For context I never see the Jeff(blindspot) for those who will inevitably say you shouldn't have 1v2. You can pause at any time he is in my blindspot all the way. I see starlord retreat and assumed I could take bucky out in the 1v1 and we'd have a 6v5 advantage on the push because bucky would walk back from spawn. Not even mad I died just funny tenacity didn't proc at all.
