How to Fee-Waivermaxx

I'm going to be applying for transferring this coming cycle and wanted to not waste money like I did when applying for first year. Colleges charge insane amounts of fees (even for things I didn't expect, like IDOC -- but that's collegeboard). Any suggestions on how to get fee waivers, even if I possibly won't qualify for one?

YC Startup School Paris: Worth Applying as a non-European?

I applied to YC startup school US a month ago and haven't heard back. Would it be worth applying to Startup School Paris even if I'm not from/in Europe just to get the similar experience?

Really just trying to be in the same room as these cracked builders and speakers!

Inquiry about class size for AI major (undergrad)

I've heard how competitive the class size is for the AI + Business major, with <50 people. Does anyone know about the cohort size for the AI major itself?
I was recently accepted to the AI major off an appeal, and I was considering committing to USC.
