I'm making a mod for Belmont's Curse that adjusts Rose's dialogue portraits and other art assets to look more muscular like her in-game model

I legit love the mad guns she's got in-game (see third image), and whenever her dialogue portrait pops up I'm just like "Nah dog, those are string bean arms. This girl can crack some skulls. You gotta do her justice." So, I took the liberty of making her art assets more consistent with her model. I might've overdone it a touch on her main dialogue portrait, but I wanted the difference to be noticeable enough for the mod justify its own existence.

This is my first time trying to mod a Unity engine game, and I'm still figuring out how to actually replace the in-game files. I wont be releasing a version for the demo. I'll wait until the full game is out, especially so I can make sure there aren't any other art assets that need to be adjusted to match. I think if nothing else I'll need to make variants for her unlockable skins.

EDIT: I'm having trouble getting the modified sprites/textures to work in-game. Exporting Texture2D files as PNGs is simple, but injecting them back into the game is more complicated. If anybody reading this is experienced with Unity modding, or knows someone who is, I would appreciate some assistance.

guys really live in apartments like this and don't see any issue (iykyk)

I want you all to know, I looked up Rose's frequency, Raiden's birthday, and the date of the Big Shell Incident just to make this.

Ubisoft, please consider decoupling this fixed icon from the Awareness Indicator in the HUD options, and also adding an option to have certain hud elements only show during combat.

Ubisoft's official website says to post suggestions here, so I'll give it a shot.

Having this icon always in the top-center of the screen is very excessive and intrusive. It is always there anytime you are in combat, even for boarding sequences where you'll always be in combat, making it superfluous. The only way to disable it is to completely disable the Awareness Indicator (the blips that pop up when a guard sees you), which is detrimental to gameplay. Being able to disable this icon without disabling the entire Awareness Indicator system for the HUD would be greatly appreciated.

Also, separately, an option to set specific HUD elements to only show in certain contexts, like during combat, would be a welcome addition. Things like the quick access and ability widgets, healthbar and ammo count would be nice to have completely hidden when not in combat. Maybe ammo could also show when you're aiming. The default HUD is very cluttered and excessive, so being able to clean it up without completely losing important information would go a long way.

Also-also, while I'm talking about the HUD, I should say that an option to hide the compass with a hotkey without disabling the entire HUD would also be a welcome addition. It could be an alternative to the hide HUD option that only hides the compass. I generally prefer to play without the compass, so I can spend my time looking at the world instead of looking at icon blips, but being able to quickly pop the compass up to re-orient myself rather than opening the map would be much appreciated.

And for god's sake, please add an option for a centered camera. I can fix it with mods, but console players deserve this option, too. I can send you the specific value adjustments for different conditions I've set, if you want. They work great, and it takes maybe two minutes to implement. There's no reason for it to not be a feature, especially when it's how the original's camera worked. Having the camera permanently offset to one direction at all times is so impractical.

Thank you for your consideration.

Most use I've ever gotten out of a single clip in any game

In case anyone is wondering, music is "I Think You Should Do as He Says" from Arkham City, and the modded outfit is by pakjuaan on NexusMods. The hair mod was unfortunately deleted by the author.
