Knowing that Boozer will probably be moulded into our point forward, I’m very excited about Ced’s development. SL is the perfect time to try new things, look bad, learn and develop. Seeing how much of a workhorse he is to get better and prove to people (ie looking at how he got to the draft), he may not reach Kawhi level but he’s going to reach a level that will support Boozer. Especially if he’s playing SG, we will still have a PG next to him who may equally share the responsibility of creating offence

Trying to decide who to get for my first signed jersey to be framed. I’m wanting someone who was fun, emotional connection to and won’t regret it in 5-10 years from mid 2010’s until now. A few names come to mind

- Rashford
- Ibra
- Herrera

I would get DDG but don’t want a GK kit haha and Chicha was fun but a bit before I became serious about the prem

Grizzlies and Ja fan here. Lots of divided Grizzlies opinions throughout the past 12 months about what to do with Ja but we are all happy there has been some resolution. Me and a lot of other Grizzlies fans will be rooting for Ja. Wish the redemption could happen here but seemed it was too far gone. I have no doubt he will return to form, enjoy the human highlight reel and make sure he doesn’t get tunnelled

After Shams said we have our full TPE available post Santi trade, what sort of players have bad expiring contracts that may fill a need for us? I’m not too sure what players may be targeted using this

Over the past few months, this sub has felt pretty toxic when it comes to what to do with Ja. It’s like everyone’s opinion has been treated as the only right one.

With the trade now happening, I’m hoping we can get back to being one community again and actually appreciate each other. Whether you want to reminisce about Ja and the Next Gen era, disagree with the trade, or have already moved on, there’s room for all of it.

Hey, 26M. I was reflecting on my therapeutic journey after a really tricky session last fortnight. I started with my amazing therapist 2.5 years ago!

Looking back, I think I have made some progression on some things I wanted to work on and she mentions that when little me comes out in session and needing reassurance. But I also look at my regression. At the start of therapy I felt I was well ‘put together’ coming in. Very happy and motivated. But this past 6 months or so, little me has come out alot in sessions and I get a feeling of anxiety leading into session. I feel in sessions, there’s lots of big emotions rather than feeling productive in my communication, I’m now shutting down at times, hiding under a blanket, needing help leading and choosing what to talk about which wasn’t an issue initially.

I know one reframing would be that I’m now more comfortable for little me to come out in sessions, but still, at times it feels like all I see is a hard client

M27, I have been with my psychologist for 2.5 years. She knows how much she matters to me. Today, little me came out and so did a whole bunch of self punishment and hatred. All because she wanted me to set the agenda for the session and I couldn’t do it. This has been a routine we started about 5-6 months ago, to support advocacy and ownership. I know I was avoiding because her choosing is less attachment to hard emotions (sad, anger, embarrassment etc). And half the session today I just spent head to toe under the blanket. She tried to soothe little me by saying she hasn’t got any plans to leave me and she cares about me/us. And I feel so bad because she was being so kind and nice and all I was doing was being under the blanket beating myself up for wasting her time and not accepting what she was saying

It’s been about 7 hours since our session and I am still so dysregulated

The feeling of knowing we are getting one of the top 3 talents in this years draft excites me. I can’t wait to see how the team shapes up at the end of this. Genuinely have high hopes for what we can do

I (27M) tend to get attached way too quickly when I match with someone on a dating app. If I find them attractive and we vibe even a little bit in chat, I can feel myself getting invested within a day or two.
It’s honestly pretty frustrating because I know it’s not healthy. I’ll catch myself checking the app constantly (every few minutes to every few hours depending on how busy I am), and it’s hard to switch off mentally. It feels like my brain just gets attached way too early.
I’m aware a lot of this is tied to fear of abandonment and stuff I’m already working through in therapy, but I’d really appreciate hearing from others who have experienced something similar

The consensus is that OKC and the Spurs are going to dominate for a while, which makes this the perfect time to retool. We’ve got Edey, Coward, and a top 3 pick to build a real foundation.
The focus should be 2 things: specifically to exploit OKC and Spurs weaknesses, as well as supporting TI scheme with positive ball handlers to play at speed. With this being a strong draft, it’s the ideal moment to shape a roster that can actually compete with those two, especially with Wemby being Wemby
