Yo mods please unpan me from lucid dreaming what did I do to deserve this

My life is good. however, when I have the realization that it is I get sad because I know the next thing to come is a sad event and you never know how bad it will be. could be a minor annoyance or the death of a loved one who knows. My brain just keeps circling to that. I don't even know if this is the right sub for this but it feels like self improvement to stop being miserable so I guess ?

Obv I am not trying to be one (even though I would def like that) but I am kinda curious how does someone stumble upon roles like that same thing for voice actors and such
