I think it's worth it for somone prepping for multiple exams i am thinking of it.

I am working as ASE ( on paper ) actually in a support role.

In WICTH.no code exposure to our team but do have got access where I am trying to see the whole code and understanding it.Joined as fresher this year want to switch within 1.5 or 2. And get 1L/ month.

Firstly i want to know, am I day dreaming is this something cannot be done in this job market scene.

If it is possible , what are the things I should learn .

I know java , and spring boot like crud operations , and also know how to call different services that's all , SQL.

Seeing this market trends i am thinking to go with pyhton in AI engineering domain. Bcs I need to brush my spring boot and that similar amount will take me to learn python atleast basic ( as I know it a bit).

So I would love to hear your advice and guidance so that I can go through this phase .

Timings are so off ? Like (7-4,1-10,9-6) how am I supposed to be in office at 7 AM?

I am fresher just starting my career in an MNC as support ( on paper it's A.S.E) now I am thinking of something within a year, i dont know where should I go, I am intrested in Java and backend but this AI thing sacres me, so I am also exploring AI and ML.

I am not much into ML. But if it needs to be studied I am okay with that.

My question is , in today's market is it possible to switch with just DSA? As a 0-2 yr yoe?

Said yes to some shit project , which I really didn't know that's support role, and I have said yes for that.but know many other projects ppl are reaching out to me. Regarding diff roles. I have even had introduction session. I am not sure about roll on .

I don't really want to get into this project . Help what should I do?

So I would keep it short , I was very fun , confient and career focused guy . Always aimed high in life until my grad comes.

Back to back 4 backlogs , it took me one extra year to clear my grad, did Masters in computer application.

Cracked a renowned services based company 4 LPA.

I am 25 now, and I was hoping for a dev project but as you know our service based company , they never give what you want.

So I am totally so stucked not able to think what I did , why I said yes to this support project ? I am good at Java backend ( and I love it). Today I felt what I am doing if I have to switch atleast it will take me 1.5 yrs , either to learn something new , or to a bit of stability in my resume.

All I want to ask for you suggestion, with 4 LPA i am only getting 28k in hand , i want to switch asap, with 2yrs with a good confidence in my skills and looking for a very good hike.

How can I achieve that? Please suggest feeling so low today.

My techs: basic frontends , Java ( love to code big systems with owning backend) .

Interests : AI and Automation, cloud.

Best skills along with skill from here which I can follow to get out of this and get a good hike.

Hey sub, hope everyone is busy with there work which most of us don't like it ( jk) .

I need some suggestions from you. I believe many of you people had been in similar situation as an I right now. So seeking some genuine guidance from you.

Currently I am working and one of the Biggest services based company as Assoc. S.E , which I have joined in March. I am 25 and fresher. As you know most of the people here IN MNC get Support role so I am getting one soon. I don't really know what are the role and responsibilities but it would totally be around monitor system and all. But I am good java and I really want to dev and contribute in some biggest system so that I can learn and grow.

But here I don't think that's going to happen , what are the things I can learn , is it a good role ? Will it contribute and help me to grow.?

How can I switch to a product based companies or AI based. I am stucked between whether should I go deep in Java backend systems or learn AI.

Apart from that what is the appropriate time to switch like nowadays I am seeing people sketching every year or in year is this good, I am fresher and thsi is first company should I follow?

What you guys suggest ?

Is it possible to get into dev form support. I joined as AASE but the project I will be hard locked would be support role. Now I am reckoning whether I did something worng by saying yes to this. I don't want to be in support for long really wanted to be Seniore SE in 3 yes.

Is it possible?

Actually I was in bench for last 2 months as a new joiner ( fresher) now I am getting a project for support role and that too in rotaiknka shift , I just want to give it a try , is it possible that I can either switch project or get morning shift only?

So i will keep the story short ,

Got my ankle sprained ( twisted ) in oct last year.

Not been good since then, had few pyshio therapy. But still not at my normal condition.

It feels stuck and stiff not smooth movement something is there I can feel like (I has xray bone is bone) , but since then like for last 2-3 months cracking / popping for ankle bone and feet toe is what.i feel to do to make my feet relax and confortable otherwise it feels like something is there and it very uncomfortable,

Apart from that is their some strech in my bottom heel and something the foot bed the inner side of that feet ( toe side) gets some Swelling.

I have cracked my ankle with toe 3-4 times while righting this.

What I feel it's kinda ligament injury ( my research 😂, )

But on a serious note want this back to my normal and healthy condition

Suggest me some good physio or orthopedics in NCR region. Or I am open to your suggestion.

Need some project to work on, it's been 2 months on bench. Whom and how to reach out to ppl for projects ?

I have been in bench for last 2 months ( new joiner here , fresher ) .

Please suggest guide me what things should I take care of so that project leads or HR can see my profile for the projects .

Along side with that, I have been trained in c++ , but I have good knowledge of java. I don't thing I am gonna get projects in any of the streams.

Meanwhile I am upskilling my self with python for AI from very basic . ( Am I doing right).

What are the other skills I should keep eye on or I can upskill myself upon. Would appreciate your time , and suggestions.
