Cameron Boozer conditioning

Watching Cam Boozer yesterday he looks way leaner than he did at Duke. He's moving a bit faster and looks less stiff with the ball in his hands. This is honestly how I expected him to look coming out of high school. The best part is he didn't seem weaker even though he might have lost some weight.

How would you rank the 2026 draft top prospects based only on their collegial season?production and team success

I took into consideration only players who went in the first round, my rankings would be

1)Boozer

2)Yaxel

3)Dybantsa

4)Acuff

5)Philon

6)Wagler

  1. Wilson(season ending injury)

8)Peterson(lack of availability and slightly disappointing production)

9)Mara(I know he deserves to be higher)

10)Burries

Keaton Wagler is the key

Wagler was ranked 261st in high school was and supposed to redshirt last year at Illinois on a team full of 21- and 22-year-old European veterans. In just a few games, he went from being a regular player to the star of the team. They put the ball in his hands, and he carried them to their first Finals Four in 20 years avaraging 18/5/4 on 40%3P.

I’m not saying Keaton will do the exact same thing for the Clippers, but I believe this team will go as far as he takes them.

The key elements I look for in a prospect are feel for the game and basketball IQ. In this draft class, outside of Boozer and maybe Acuff, I can't think of a single true freshman with better decision-making and IQ than Wagler.

Hopefully we have our next gem.

Does Anyone Else Struggle More With Push Days Than Pull or Leg Days?

It might just be me, but body control during incline press or any kind of overhead pressing movement is by far the hardest thing for me.

I've noticed that I can usually get through pull days and leg days pretty well, even when I'm tired or didn't sleep much the night before. But when it comes to push day, it feels like everything has to be on point. If my sleep, energy, or focus isn't there, the weights feel much heavier, and I end up feeling exhausted o

even getting a headache while lifting.

I have been training for almost 2 years and I am in a pretty good condition at 18, but I still struggle with push days at times eventhough my chest and arms are well developed and on point with the rest of the body.

Sometimes I do just Chest and triceps and leave shoulders for another day because my shoulders are tired after doing chest and It's frustrating when you can't lift the same as you usually do, per say I usually do shoulder press with 18-20 kg dumbell but sometimes I can struggle with 16.

Is this problem common?
