For context I met this online friend not too long ago, and I've noticed they behaves in a way that's very similar to how my girl friends act. "He" said their pronouns are he/him in their intro, so I just kinda assumed they were transmasc. Just when we were on discord today, she joined an e-girl server and presented herself as a girl. I asked her why she did that because wouldn't that make her feel dysphoric as a FTM? Then she explained she was a closeted transfem instead of a transmasc like I've expected all along.
