Men - nonfiction book reccs for your girlfriend/fiance? (31F/33M)

My partner, 33 m, requested that I read a book of my choosing on how to show up as a more "respectful" partner. This sounds a bit sexist, but I'm thinking about books that can help women better understand men's perspective. There are lots of books describing the opposite, and while I am a moderate feminist, I'm interested in ingesting something that advises (in a healthy way) on relationship dynamics.

For context, we've been dating for 3 years and I've read some of the gottman books together. Can go into more details but I'm mostly curious to hear how I could go deeper on this topic. Relationship books and self help are a bit of my special interest, so i am excited to see what else there is to learn!

I have $1-2k to invest or donate and I want to make a difference on GHGs. Where??

I have seen a lot of posts about the value of investing in the political system in the us, but I would rather invest in something that immediately makes a difference. What are your thoughts? Favorite organizations making an impact?

First off, thank you Redditers for providing a wealth of knowledge and feedback - you have helped me with so much processing!

Yet, I think I (or we) may benefit from a more personalized sharing and processing group. Does such a thing exist? I am thinking about the addiction support groups, religious groups, and other resources that exist; is there a virtual discussion group out there?

I also reached out to a polyamory coach I know from Instagram, but they are full. What other resources are out there? Do you have experiences with these coaches you can speak to? Not all coaches are alike, after all, since it is an unregulated field.

I already have a poly-informed therapist, FYI, I am aware that this is the best practice; but they are also limited in the advice they can give

Thanks!

I will update this post with the resources provided :)
