I’m so sorry if this sounds paranoid, but has anyone ever physically felt the pain of a nodule? I’ve been having this sinking feeling that it’ll come back and I’m not sure if I’m making up the ache in my neck.

For some context, I was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer when I was a junior in Highschool. The nodule was on my right, so I only removed that part of my thyroid. I know theres the possibility of development on my left side. I would really love for my college years to be normal as an incoming freshmen.
