My first Partscaster

I build this with a Mex vintera neck, double bound body, EMG Gilmour pickups for less the 400 dollars ( with some pickup trading) it still likes chrome knobs, some minor tweaks, and a good setup but it sounds amazing and plays well for my first setup free handed

Looking for budget body

I’m wanting a new body for my Mustang and was wondering if I could find one for cheap preferably pre painted or am I out of luck? I know you can get Strat body’s for like 80$ painted but I’m having trouble finding a short scale length body for less than 200

I’ve decided to buy my first Gibson!

I’m wanting to buy myself a new Gibson Sg Special p90 and I’m wondering where the best place to buy one from would be. I’ve played one of these at guitar center but it was dented and not the color I wanted. Would it be better to get it from Sweetwater, Gibson Website or would it be best to get it from the Gibson garage because I’m only 2 hours away from it. If it matter I’m going to finance it for 6 months and both. And if Sweet water is the best place to get it from is the Pleking worth it?

Needing advice on next purchase

I’m looking at getting a new guitar and I’m really wanting one with p90s what is the best guitar equipped with them as of now I’m Debating between a sg special and a Gold top but I’m looking into all of the P90 equipped guitars so please give me your advice. I’m worried about neck profile and overall playability of the Les Paul over the Sg. How would a dc lp be?

Need help finding either a Kit or a schematic

I’m wanting to build a Phaser pedal specifically the Waylon Jennings signature one. Does any one know if you can buy a kit for it or will I have to source everything myself?

Needing advice on next amp

I’ve got a Peavey Classic 50 and I’m really wanting to get a nicer amp to start gigging with but I can’t decide what would be the best route to go. I have found a Bassman 70 with matching 2x15 cab, a 1970 Twin Reverb, a 68 deluxe reverb reissue, and a HDRX 20 with matching cab. The Fender amps are all 1,000 and the HDRX is 800. My problem is I’ve never played or missed with any fender amps, nor have I played a plexie style amp like the HDRX. Just starting to gig I do all kinds of rock and country and wondering how they would do, or if the twin? And bassman would be to heavy

Advice on my next guitar

I’m looking at selling my tele and getting a new guitar but I can not decide on what to get I mainly am wanting a Fire bird, a p90 Gold top, Sg, but I can’t decide. That’s not the only ones I’m open to I mainly play southern rock and rock so I’m down for any other suggestions. I would prefer a set/ neck through over a bolt on unless they have a contoured heel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Needing advice on electronics

This is my epiphone EJ-200 and I love this guitar but the pickups in it are just not up to what I want. I’ve worked on alot of Electrics but never acoustics can these pickups be changed? And can it be changed and still use the controls on the outside of the body, or would I have to put more controls in the sound hole?
