Everything was working perfectly, but suddenly, in this one specific project, I can no longer click and drag the edges of my images to extend them to match my audio tracks.

How do I break this lock without having to recreate the entire project from scratch?

Or did they directly connect with the other guys?

I'm aiming for a clean, minimalist style, but I'm worried that white thumbnails might blend into YouTube's interface or not stand out enough in recommendations.
