Efficiency means so much to a new brokerage.

Does anyone else find this annoying?

I had such a dislike for Bauer, cos he's always so chaotic and looked like he lacked training. But I found out that wasn't really the case.

People who use their dogs for such content, aren't very nice people Imo.

We all claim dogs are our "kids" yeah, would you make your kid into such a menace online just for some clicks? This dog is clearly being told to attack on command, then gets bashed in the comments, whereas he's just doing as he's being told, off camera.

They make him rip off his "dad's" clothes, destroy stuff around the house, it's just too much if you ask me.

What's y'all ideal OMAD eating window?

When I started Omad, I wanted to push for 4pm as my eating window, but I found, the frustration of waiting and hunger pangs, made it impossible to keep the schedule.

11am was where I landed on finally, these days, I do 12pm - 1pm, and found it works so well! I eat on time and don't feel hungry anymore, it's just easier to control my mind once the food is in, and wait until the next day, also I get a great amount of time to burn off what I ate.

What's yours?

First time was 37lbs in like a month and half, restarting now, but birthday is in a bit AGAIN, need help!

Hey y'all, so around EXACTLY this time last year, I started Omad. Was at 271lbs, 6'1, 26 y/o F, and the first week I noticed A LOT of changes, by the second week, EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE was complimenting how much weight I had lost and how leaner I'm getting. It really felt so great!. I kept strictly to my 11am eating window, cos I've found the earlier time, you do OMAD the more you'll burn that food out during the day, once you're doing other activities, just don't eat too early.

I ended up being at about 230lbs, by September 23, 2025 and then my birthday came up the next day lol 😂 and boyyyyy, that was the beginning of the end. From, let me indulge cos it's my birthday, I spiraled out of control from then till today. Regained all the weight and I'm now 130kg which is way way worse. I do KNOW I am someone that has that willpower to lock in on stuff, cos I just ended a 48 hour no food fast, and want to go back to Omad. The issue I'm having now, is my birthday will come up again next month, how do y'all avoid the trap of not binging and losing all control during special occasions?

Please any help will be needed. I cannot make the same mistake again, there's just something about my birthday that makes me act without any thought of consequences later on.

Be honest, how long is your relationship? and how many confrontational fights have you guys had?

Was watching the new season of Beef on Netflix and theres something someone said that hit me. She said...

ALL THE COUPLES THAT LAST, HAVE REALLY HAD AT IT. AND IT'S ACTUALLY THE ONES THAT DON'T, WHERE SOMEONE IS HIDING SOMETHING "

This was said after her and her husband had a really bad fight where they grabbed each other, broke stuff around the house and had a huge meltdown.

I'm in no way supporting or condoning abusive relationships and physical violence, but let's be real here for a second, without the whole noise of what people will tell you a healthy relationship is supposed to be.

I feel this is a loaded question a lot of people won't be honest about, just so they don't wanna seem out of the clique of what society tells us our relationships should be and look like.

But, for those who have stayed with the same partner for over 3years. I firmly believe, y'all would have had one or two physical altercations or non-physical confrontations that would have ended the whole thing, but y'all still are here despite all that...

That's why I'm asking this, to have an idea of what it is like for everyone out there.

Relationships are very tough. It's not easy to coexist with another human for a long time, so props to those who have weathered the storm for so long. I have a deep respect for each and everyone of you, no matter how you're steering that ship, it's no one's business as long as its consensual and works for you and your partner.

Tipping Culture Getting Out of Hand Bru

Yoh! What's with this thing where you cannot go to a bar or a restaurant and not be COMPELLED to give a tip. My God, it is an epidemic, happening straight from CBD to Paarl. Worse in Paarl! I've had a waiter add the tip already to my bill, as she simultaneously DUPLICATED the loaded fries I and my gf had, to pull a fast one. But I go through the bill, ALWAYS go through your bill. I pointed it out to her and she was visibly so upset I pointed the duplicated item, and said she should also take off the tip. This is just one out of so many experiences I've had. The other time at Tigers Milk, same issue, tip automatically added to bill, when I declined to pay it, waiter got visibly upset. One other time, I tipped a bartender R10 and got side eyed like it was too small, so the next time I tipped R50 for a R120 meal cos I already felt bad and emotionally manipulated from the last time. Like what makes people feel they're entitled to people's money and tips in this town. It's really annoying cos everyone is just trying to get by. I will tip you but it doesn't have to be mandatory or your right.

Has anyone here been scammed by their Carrier and how did you resolve it?

So I'm an independent dispatcher, been working for this guy that has a couple of trucks, dispatched for two of the trucks and have made $1300 in a week and half as my commission, but right now he seems to have all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't paid me for last weeks $675. Right now I'm so afraid, cos he sends all these clearly AI screenshots, has one story about his bank flagging his wire transfers. And to make it worse, I feel the guy we are leasing the MC from is also in on it and they're both just scamming me at this point. Doesn't also help to search his full name on the Internet and find out he is an excon. Convicted of grand lacerny. With this info I'm really thinking of getting the police and a lawyer involved. Need advice on what to do.
