You give someone’s tasks to another newer employee that will do the job for less and you basically make someone train their own replacement. But if Ethan is being genuine and wants AB in charge of making skits I can guarantee they won’t do these for long. Viewership is already awful and sketches always have the lowest viewership. Once they stop these doing skits AB will be redundant and have no role, then he’ll get cut. AB is kind of dumb for giving up an essential task for an optional one. You never give up the reason for the employer to keep you around, anyone whos worked a job knows that.

It’s been over 100 degrees here every day. My ac is definitely working, it’s been working consistently for months so I don’t think there’s any leaks. I have the car in normal mode, i understand that eco limits compressor use.

Still the car does not get that cold in this heat. At night the car will get freezing. My pickup truck gets way colder, so does this car just have a smaller compressor that doesn’t keep up with the high heat as well? Hoping someone else with this car can enlighten me. Thanks.

There is zero excitement around this guy. Recently in the wake of the DSA wins in NY, he signed a pledge promising to combat socialist policies and people are pissed about this. Like way more angry than I thought they would be. There was already a belief that the primary was bought for him (because it was) now there's outright anger within the base. I know several people who were going to vote for him who now after the pledge did a little bit more research and learned that he's a blue dog dem (the most conservative dems, voted for Trump tax cuts, ICE funding etc.) say they're not going to because he's republican or MAGA lite.
It seems like their strategy is to win over independents and republicans while neglecting the dem/left base. So the base isn't looking like it's gonna turn out in the way they need, independents arent excited about him
and republicans are never going to vote for a dem no matter what. I think they're banking on the lack of hurricane relief in the area but if you speak to people outside of Asheville, they think Chuck Edwards got them plenty of relief because a lot of stuff has been repaired in the area. They think it came from Chuck instead of the community. Sounds crazy, but these people are so misinformed and the Democratic Party has been terrible at messaging the reality.
Obviously there's not much polling yet but this is just my opinion based on speaking to people in the area so take it with a grain of salt.
