Injured Everywhere :(

I’ve been doing solidcore for a long time but i feel like my body is even less capable of handling it/may be wearing down from the moves. Currently i have

  1. Outer right knee pain
  2. Lumbar/thoracic back pain and popping
  3. cervical neck pain, popping, crunching
  4. Wrist pain

Due to my schedule I generally have to take 1 advanced50 a week and the coach is very intense (yells at people by name etc,) and usually one other class. I’m wondering if i should still even be doing solidcore or reconsidering something like jetset/SLT

any thoughts appreciated !

HOW is this allowed

Reiterating my point … for reference i am a small person, i can only fit one leg between these machines and there are multiple cables between them too. i can’t imagine a larger person trying to fit here. someone is going to get super injured tripping over these in a dark, fast paced class😪

One separate seat..

i have tickets to citi field on saturday (yay!!). I’ve had them for a long time and now my friend wants to join us. The only problem is the only ticket left in my section is about 20 rows up. I haven’t been to a concert at citi field, so i don’t know if it would be okay to just purchase it and try to figure out the situation later. I don’t think it would be a good idea to sell and try to snag 3 together

trip hazard

in nyc area, are we just waiting for a lawsuit to happen? there’s under 1 foot of space between machines and cables in between. i almost face planted during class today. at what point is enough enough (although if it happens i will be seeking a fat paycheck)

Should i complain to the stylist

just got back from a $600 highlight (love nyc) and my hair looks like the foils were taken out too early. Am i crazy?? This place likes to nickel and dime for everything and i’m afraid they’re going to tell me”your hair was too dark before so this is it”

photos for reference: first two are hair now, 3rd is what i asked for, 4th is starting color
