Slice support used to actually help before now it’s just endless emails
I genuinely don’t understand what changed with Slice support now
Back in early 2025 whenever I had an issue someone from the Slice subreddit/support team would actually contact me call me directly and help sort things properly like actual humans trying to resolve the issue
But now no matter how many emails proofs and explanations I send nobody even calls anymore it’s just copy pasted compliance emails asking for more and more documents repeatedly
So far I’ve already shared:
• Transaction explanations
• Full screenshots
• Chat proofs
• Bank history
• Trading related explanations
• Source of funds details
• Student ID
• Tax/income related clarifications
• Relationship explanations for counterparties
• Multiple follow up emails
And after all this they still keep asking for “more proof” without even clearly saying what exactly is missing
These were just personal P2P trading related transfers with known contacts not some criminal operation
At this point I’m honestly exhausted repeating the same thing in every email while nobody from the actual team even tries to call and understand the situation anymore
Did Slice completely stop human support/escalations now? (POST GOT DELETED WITH SCREENSHOTS ONE FOR SOME REASON)
