I have been applying for a few jobs as im sick and tired of my current job but i have noticed that on a few applications I have been asked via a diversity form if my sex at birth matches my gender with the following options

No

Prefer not to say

Is it me but isn’t this a over reach of data collection and intervention of my human rights to privacy and dignity under the Equality Act

Because from a distance this seems like an engineered question for the purpose to discriminate

then as im trying to find my bag she went to try and touch me up! I stopped her and said what are you doing and she apologised immediately

Like it was a total miss read of the situation and its a rave so what do you expect really however that's a cis woman trying to do something inappropriate to a trans woman in a mixed sex toilet cubicle

I have been offered a fully remote role within the UK however they are unable to place me on a pay role service within Romania. Has anyone dealt with this before?

I am guessing i would need to complete a self assessment within the UK then perform D212 in Romania with ANAF

Any recommendations and additional knowledge on this subject would be appreciated and if there are tax managers in Romania that come highly recommended please put them forward as I would like to get some professional consulting and tax management put in place
